Like many reviews, I bought a laptop battery, it was dead less than six months later. Followed their instructions for a return under warranty. I sent it a month ago, never heard back from them ever again. Attempts to contact support go unanswered. Wish I'd seen this site before ordering from them.

Poor customer service and poor product. Battery initially charged and held a charge so naturally disposed of the box. It soon became apparent that the battery was causing CPU utilisation on my laptop to ramp up and screen would go blank. Both these issues resolved when installing old battery. Within 3 days of receiving battery I paid return postage and was further disappointed when refund was 15% less than I paid due to lack of original packaging. I could understand a restocking fee if the return was due to me deciding I didn't want it, but it was clearly faulty. You confirmed it was a suitable replacement. Time to review your processes BattDepot.

In my opinion, Battdepot.com is a scam and deserves every negative review it receives. Purchased a laptop battery w/2 yr warranty that failed after 17 mos. Followed their RMA instructions verbatim including cost for return USPS shipping. Company denied receiving return in lieu of delivery confirmation. Multiple emails unanswered, website live chat unavailable, no live customer service answers phone, only recorded message. Total Scam...avoid this online merchant!

Sent a battery that was defective. Asked me to return with me paying out of pocket for shipping. No response. Sent them tracking of returned battery. No offer to replace. Now not communicating. Buyer beware.

The battery I ordered didn't fit. I returned it wrapped in bubble wrap in a cardboard box. It was in perfect condition. They refused to refund my money - they said the battery was damaged. I asked for it to be returned - and it was returned - trashed! There was no way this could have happened in the post through the padded packaging - and I certainly didn't damage it! They refuse to refund my money. This is a scam company and not to be trusted.

The battery is not here yet. 10 days since I ordered it. The y don't answer my emails. Don't waste your money - you will not get your battery for your computer on time. And you will not hear from them.

I ordered a replacement battery for my laptop. It was delivered quickly but the Battery was defective and the customer has to pay to return the battery. Then the communication gets a little hazy. The people that respond to the emails, obviously have English as a second language, as most of the replies don't make sense and at this time they wont even acknowledge that they received the defective battery even though the carrier has a confrmation date and time for the delivery

Waited 2 weeks for the battery only to find out it was lost. Probably won't get our money back. Now I have to order another obviously from another company. I will never use them again

Received a laptop battery in February 2020, it was dead 3 months later as they sent a USED REFURBISHED battery to me. Returned it to them with a RMA for a new replacement and their USA Post office box received the return on May 12, with USPS tracking. Have contacted them 10 times now about the return and they do not respond. Horrible customer service, as I was on CHAT for 3 hrs without a resolution and they have not sent the replacement, nor do they return email or phone messages. All I want is a new replacement, not sure why they refuse. Buyer beware as they send refurbished batteries as "new".
**Have filed complaints with TrustPilot, Goggle and next will be the BBB as BattDepot refuses to reply to requests and a replacement. It's so simple, return a defective battery and replace it, but no, they will not even respond, WORST customer Service! I guess they don't care about bad reviews and certainly do not respect their customer's issues. I would NOT support this business.

I bought a laptop battery from them. After initially charging and discharging it 3-4 times as instructed, the battery went flat in a couple of weeks time. They did agree to send a replacement, once I'd returned the original one. That was ok, BUT the replacement battery was even worse than the first one. It went flat within a few days after the initial 3-4 times of charging and discharging it. They don't offer refund because it's more than 30 days since I bought the initial battery. PRODUCT NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE - AVOID.

ON 9/13/2018 I PUCHASED A REPLACEMENT BATTERY FOR MY LAPTOP. IT ARRIVED ON TIME. THEIR SERVICE WAS FINE.

THE PROBLEM BEGAN ON 9/15/2018. I FOUND 2 UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES FOR A TOTAL OF $ 586.70. THEY WERE LABLED AS INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES. MY CARD WAS NOT USED AGAIN UNTII LATE 9/15/2018 THESE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES WERE POSTED BEFORE MINE.

I THEN USED THEIR "LIVE CHAT" NOT, THIS TURNS OUT TO BE AN EMAIL SERVICE. I USED IT TWICE LEAVING MY PHONE #. AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL. I NEVER REACHED A LIVE PERSON TO SPEAK TO.

I CANNOT GIVE THIS SITE A GOOD RATING.
