I have ordered online with the app a few times and every single time I don't get what I order it's very upsetting. Last time they said they were out of the product went to the store they had tons of that product. Please remove your opinion to order online
Prior to placing an actual order BBW falls behind due to the always glitching, slow, unresponsive and extremely irritating website. How a company can pull profits like BBW and operate on such a horrible platform is mind boggling. After placing an order you still aren't guaranteed the items you purchased. BBW will charge you for the items and ship you one or two here and there and then cancel several items 2 weeks into waiting. Selling products that aren't actually in stock is absolutely wild especially in todays world of digital organization. Taking 2 weeks to decide said items aren't actually in stock is unacceptable. Finally when you do receive whatever part of your order BBW decides to send you it's quite clear that the products are inconsistent in quality, packaging and shipping are completed haphazardly and you're lucky if several items don't arrive broken or leaking. I ordered 30 items 12 days ago, I have since received only 4 of the 30 in two separate shipments. I was notified an hour ago that several items from my order are no longer available. This will be my last order and I hope others will save themselves the trouble until BBW learns to take customer service seriously.
Quality products with a scent for everyone. The body products really do cleanse and the scents last a long time. The body scrubs have excessive walnuts shells though. Everything has great price when on sale, but is a little costly if you don't use the semi-annual sales or loyalty rewards. Arrives about 2 weeks AFTER original delivery date, so shop in the store where you can actually smell and test the scents to make sure it works for you and your body chemistry. Customer service is no help for online sales, but the associates in the stores are always friendly and knowledgeable. Tracking is not always updated, so you never know where your order is until you get the notification that it has been delivered.
I want to shout out a big "Thank You" for your amazing Coffee & Whiskey foaming soap. I absolutely love it. Please keep it coming!
Their scents are great and all but she was extremely rude to my 13 year old daughters.
They were simply looking at the things part of the sale and this horrible employee I believe her name was mirim.

I had Vanilla Bean body cream and the material was flaking off the wrapper, therefore when you used it the wrapper flakes were all over your skin. I took it back and without receipt no refund no exchange. It's garbage now...I will enclose a picture.
I've had problems on an off with bath and body works for over 2 years. Their online orders seldom get shipped and takes weeks for them to cancel and provide a partial refund. I live in Montana--a sales tax free state. BBW refunded my online order but KEPT the sales tax! It should never have been charged in the first place! So now I'm OUT $6.98 on an order I didn't receive! Order # **************. ( your site won't allow my proof of order to upload.). +++++an update. I received my money back tonight. Thank you sitejabber because I think you were the tipping point. I'm going to keep this review up just as a cautionary note. Customer service should have handled this with my phone call. This is what I do not underdstand.
I've been trying for 5 days to make an order and it continues to tell me the items in my cart are not available. Although they say available for shipping not pickup. This is by far the most time consuming and obnoxious website I have ever ordered from. I'm not placing my $224 order and may never order online from here again. It's rediculous.
I'm thinking B&BW Co. Is trying to fake out the customers. I believe they change up the labels and present a different color bottle. I finally figured out that many scents and lotions have a familiar smell DUH on my part. Only because I have been using them for years. It makes sense now especially when you put body spray on and it reminds you one of their other scents because it is. That's my opinion.
Also, Colloidal Oatmeal for sensitive skin is everything but what it is suppose to be. Im thinking it has some type of Capsaicin in it. Set me on fire.
Not what they used to be. Simple exchange and offered gift card for 49 cents. Ridiculous. Tyler, the supposed "manager" was nothing but a robot stating "our policy".

First time to use tabby, i asked him everything coz i don't know step by step, before paying, i asked him what to do next,instead of answering me, he was talking to other customer which is unpro, he kept blaming me for the mistake which he was the one who made, instead of paying installment, i used my card and paid the full amount, what's the sense of telling him that i will use the tabby card, he really don't know what hos doing
I have had nothing but a big headache and wasted a lot of time with online customer service. They don't let you communicate via email or text, "because they care and want to talk to you." They know their email will blow up with customer complaints. I ordered a bit Christmas gift order on their biggest sale of the year early Dec. The day is was suppose to be delivered it was "undeliverable, damaged in transit"." That started the nightmare of getting reimbursed or reshipped. BUT. 1/3 iof the order was out of stock my that time. Went to an actual store, manager honored my sale prices and told me to return the shipped stuff they had in stock when I got it after Christmas. Today I returned 9 times and they credited my account for $0. You heard right. Poor employees at the store were amazing and I feel bad for them. They got fed up over 30 mins with customer service as I waited. ONLINE SUCKS! Don't do it unless you want a major headache and loss of money.
After calling and getting the run around. I was on offered a 20% off coupon. Order was placed Dec the 8th and the was told by customer service I couldn't ask for a refund until Dec the 27th. I did get a refund and WILL NEVER SHOP AGAIN AT bath and body works I understand the Christmas rush with the mail completely but Dec the 8th and I literally heard nothing until Dec 24th even with calling and asking I was assured my package was on the way and would arrive by the 23rd by latest. I was so upset being that it was for my daughter times are tough so I unfortunately wasn't able to replace her gift in time thanks bath and body works forever lost a customer and I've shopped since I was a teen myself I'm in my 30s now.
I would purchase again cuz nice fragrances and body wash for hydration! I also like the lotion for extra dry skin! My main complaint is the lids or caps break off or crack so you can't drop It. This is very annoying! Makes a mess when transporting! Hopefully, that will be addressed!
Extremely horrible experience with ordering online during sale! Order was placed on Nov 18. Today is Dec 22nd. I didn't receive anything! 2 customer support chats for 20 min each! 2 customer care calls 40 min and 15 min each. NOTHING! The people on the phone are clueless, nobody can't tell you anything! But beggining of the problem is when you receiving the email confirmation that your order has been sent and after a week you checking the tracking number and it says that order actually never been even picked up! Because guess what - the items are out of stock! How can you "ship" something that is not on stock and send the shipping confirmation email! LIE! Then in the phone we are doing adjustment to the order to make sure that all items are on stock, I'm receiving the email confirmation again and guess what - same story! What waist of time! What are unprofessional people, system and all company itself to put customers through this hell for the hand soap lol. What a joke this business is! Shame!
Placed my order on December 11. Items were not shipped until yesterday, the 19th, and they will not arrive until the 22nd (was told the latest delivery date is 12/21). Now I can't give them away as holiday gifts anymore. The website lied about its guarantee delivery date. Their shipping service is lazy and a joke.
I ordered candles from one of their ads in November 2023. I never recieved them so I checked my card. 40.48 had been taken from my card but not by them. Shinee.com boosted the order and took the money. They did this throughthe ad that bath and body works was using on newsbreak. I called bath and bodyworks and was told oh you got scammed and was given no answers or help at all. I will never buy from these people again and I make it my business to share this with anyone that will listen. If you let a scam company do business through your ads and won't help to resolve or stop it, you don't deserve business.
Went to my local Bath & Body Works, got reeeeeaal confused on what to get, or just what in the world I was looking at. Nice lady who works there helped me pick a present for my mom, even found something nice for me. My mom is happy and my house finally smells nice. Kinda pricy, but I'm happy with the purchase
Placed an online order in plenty of time to receive for the holidays and 2 weeks later still hasn't even been shipped. The customer service reps are less than helpful and all I am told is that it's in the warehouse look out for an email update. Completely unacceptable especially since you charged me for the shipping. Maybe you should tell customers up front about your lengthy delays had I known I would have gone to the store to make the purchase
This company has a lot of trouble fulfilling an online order. First attempt was a order pick up at the local store. Local store cancelled the following day,items not in stock.Ordered again for items to be shipped. Received many emails stating they were getting ready to get ready to get my order shipped sometime in the future. After 9 days of this, order still not shipped. Very difficult to cancel order. Still haven't received refund. Don't waste your time on these folks. This company has lost it's way. They are not worth the headaches.
