The worst experience with Bata till now.
I put shared hush puppies shoe online from the store as the size was unavailable. When I received it, both the shoe's size were different. I went back to store and changed it. In place of hush puppies (cost 1500/-) I grabbed the bata shoe (cost 1700/-). Just after few hours of wearing the shoe, it started to torn off from the edge + from inside. Again I went back to store and waiting for the exchange. After paying 200/- more faced the worst problem. Really disappointed from Bata this time. I would suggest Bata to stop their brand and loot people on the term 'quality'. 0/100

Bought Bata Shoe worth Rs. 2000 and hardly after 6 months it is feeling off like a local shoe. Extremely poor quality of material. There is no replacement policy beyond 3 months. I raised a request to let me know if it is Leather of Brand Bata but not getting any update.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY THE GREAT BATA BRAND PRODUCTS

They drove right by my work and I asked them to drop me off but the guy said he couldn't cuz I would mess up the schedule even though we were right by it

Ok, I got very good reality check, I trusted that bata brand is synonymous to long life and quality.
I bought this shoes from showroom in Laxminagar (near V3S mall). I specifically told them that I need a shoes that's long life and has good grip.
They said sir you have 90 days warranty. I though very nice! The shoes looked durable with good grip.
Now, I noticed the quick degradation of the shoe lace but I was like it's fine. We don't need to punish the company for everything. But today, after 153 days of purchase, the sole broke, that too from the thickest part.
Bhai 300 rupya wala juta jyada chal jata hai mujhe lagta hai, ye 3000 ka hai.
I went to showroom, they are like nothing can be done now, you have crossed 90 days.

I feel robbed. They are technically correct as shoe technically survived 90 days. I am also impressed. Matlab aisa kam chala do ki bus warranty pass ho jae, bad me bhad me jae. Chinese fail ho jae inke samne.

Saying that I am disappointed and feeling cheated is just understatement.

I started facing problem within 4-5 months of my purchase. I bought the Black shoe for almost Rs.5,000/- having Company name Hush Puppies from Bata Store, Elante, Chandigarh. Now after 10 months my entire shoe has been broken into pieces as the sole has been detached from the shoe and I am not able to wear the shoe. I am astonish to see that defective products has been sold out on the store.

Very bad quality got torn under 90 days and due to some reason was not able to go and just 4 days later when I went they will not give a replace. Told will last min 1 year.

Really Quality is super bad. Staff is not trained properly to treat customers properly. Never going to by anything in future from here

The quality of products are very good and their shoes run for a long time and all products are very much comfortable.

Heyy guys, brought this product a while ago and it's been 3 days that i have used it. After just wearing it for 3 days this is what it looks like. We asked for a exchange or a refund to which they responded saying that they have never seen a case like this which means they are surely ducking the fact that it was a useless material. This brand is a complete scam they don't not provide good quality and provide 0 warranty even tho it's mentioned.

I purchased shoes online from bata first time.but very disappointed I had size issue but they didn't help and even they didn't respond any email I ll not recommend online shopping from bata

I ordered a product from bata india official website and after a week of the order confirmation when i tried to track it down, i was not able to. Called there customer care and after a long hold of 10 mints. They sent me rapid emails that your order has been cancelled. And automatically a ticket was raised and then by themselves they closed it and all that was informed to me by email. And as per them it was all by my consent. POOR BATA, YOUR DESTINY.

This a worst experience from bata as they deny customer satisfaction. Since it's out of 90 days purchase they are not helping with the damage of the product. Visited the store and they did not help. Called the Customer Care number and the executive Sandeep Mehta and Supervisor Sneha denied to help. Really disappointed.

Purchased a pair of shoe from Bata Online and returned it since it was defective. An old shoe with cuts in the front was sent to me.

It was picked up after calling Bata Customer Care several times.

Then it was picked up but refund never came, I kept on chasing the Bata Customer Care but no result.

Please refrain from buying this fraud company online.

Service is pathetic, not at all trustworthy.

Pathetic experience... will never visit again, will not recommend anyone. 1st they have to learn that how to treat with client... Specially a female client... Bleddi therkiii people... on 29/08/2021 I Bought a pair of slipper from Dhairya footwear (the Bata showroom located at patudi Road Gurgaon). Within a week, i found some pasting issue in slipper for which i escalate to the shopkeeper as they committed 3 months warranty for pasting at all. But suddenly he started shouted at me & refused to do it. Apart from these, he abusing as well.so unprofessional staff.
