What they show and the quality of what they send are bizarre. I would never again buy from bata online for sure. 3 pairs i ordered and 1 not the red I ordered. 2nd not the quality 3. Hard like rock which when I bought from a bata shop is very soft.

They don't reply for mai's and when replies not taking any actions their customer seervice don't take any actions. My problem is also not solved

I have taken formal shoe of bata, it was around 4K & under 3 months warranty period, but I am very disappointed from this,

Inferior leather quality!

Impressed with their brand new collections. The shoes are very trendy and looks super cool. Wide range of stylish design. Bata always provides Good quality shoes. Reasonable prices. Happy with my purchase.

So I bought two products online. It was on sale. When I received the product it looked like they are putting products on sale which were basically supposed to be discarded. In the first bag leather was worn out from 5 different places and chain was broken and in bery bad condition. And the second bag I got was basically looked as it was used for like 7 monthes with broken edges and highly damaged. I really liked bata. But man you lost a loyal customer. I never expected you guys to be so You are are wasting our time with providing us with discarded material. Shame of you.

I ordered a purple sneaker and applied for a return request the day it was delivered due to poor product quality and colour, it was very different from the one I had seen online. I called the customer service where I was asked to share the product photos, they claimed order will be returned within 3 days and on forth day I was asked to share more pictures. Very poor service and in a very unprofessional way they handle customers. Never ever buy anything from their official website online.

1 star rating that too because there is no option of giving 0 or negative ratings. We bought 5 pair of shoes online, 2 kids ok, 2 defective and 1 never arrived. One defective piece amount was refunded, i have been writing emails and calling helpline for over a month and everytime they say give us 2 days we'll get the product picked up and issue refund but even after a month no reverse pick up done, no call from any senior and no resolution. My humble request pls pls don't get fooled by the name buying from bata can only be frustrating and disappointing.

Purchased 3 products from Bata online, out of which one product is not fitting, purchased by paying cash, getting back money, 1000 different excuses by bata team, all falls commitments. Daily 5 follow up for 60days it took. They don't have intentions to return back money. No clarity with any one, no professionals managing the show. All filthy people, don't understand the value of customer. They play with others money. Don't take chance of buying from Bata online
