First time user of Basso and my experience was fantastic! I ordered two pairs of boots. My order was completed in a very timely manner and almost everything came in on time as well - actually came early! They were SUPER cute boots!

I have placed order for my first order. They came in the right size and in good condition. Seen from some reviews of unauthorised transaction, and I monitored the transaction on my card. There was no unauthorised transaction. Now I have placed order for another 2 pairs. Arrived in good condition and right size. Will consider to get more pairs from them. Shipping is fast!

I'm a lazy shoe shopper. I don't like buying them and with the pandemic going on, it just made it easier for me to avoid buying new shoes. But I only had one pair of shoes that I wore everyday for over a year. So I really, really needed new shoes. My moms' podiatrist had suggested this brand to me years ago. So I finally decided to try them. Great decision. I've started walking for my health and with the other shoes, my feet hurt ALL day. Now with these, so much support and comfort. I'm happy I finally bought new shoes. My feet are too. I fell like they run true to fit. I have a wide foot so I typically buy a 9 when I really wear a 8.5. I was able to get the 8.5 wide with these. I love how easy it is to order, and how quickly I get it... like I ordered on Monday and everything was in my hand on Wednesday! I was very happy with the quality of the Eddy Sock Tall Boots I ordered. Lastly, and most importantly, you can't beat the price!

I love the pluto Floral Sneakers. I had always admired this shoe and was looking for a beige coloured pair so I just had to buy it! It is true to size, fits perfectly and it's surprisingly comfyam very happy with the purchase!

I am always hesitant to buy shoes on line. Will they fit? Will they be comfortable? Well i did order with Basso and I have not taken them off since they arrived. I wear an 11 1/2 and that's what I ordered and they fit perfectly. As for wear, I cannot tell, but they look like they will hold up as well as other Merrells that my feet been happy enough to own. I am a happy camper.

I ordered a pair of sneakers on last Valentine's Day- white sneakers with red hearts on. The quality was definitely way lower than I expected due to what I had seen in pictures, they were very very wide inside for the size even though the length was okay and the pair came with a defect. The shoes literally had multiple lines drawn with a pen. I contacted them and send the pictures of the item saying I'm not happy with the product and requesting my refund. They told me to pay the shipping cost, and they would credit me back, so I did. I paid $50 for shipping from Canada to the US. They've never paid back the shipping cost, and I have only wasted my $50 for their defective product without any solid purchase. I told them that they've wasted my $50 for nothing and had no response. They clearly didn't give a damn. I NEVER EVER SUGGEST ANYONE!

Absolutely love these wedgies! I ordered the sand color and they are adorable! My only problem being I have one foot slightly larger than the other and I am wondering if they are the right size or not! I am so pleased that they are so nice!
