I will continue to order these with Basso, I think am on my 3rd pair as they are probably the most comfortable from all the big brands.
Excellent support and nice bouncy feel that makes you never want to take these off. Great for all around flip flops, perhaps not so good n the beach as they don't fare that well in salt water. These are pretty much my all season house shoes.
Fits great and is very sturdy in terms of top and sole separation - never had any issues.

I have bought several pairs of shoes from Basso and have never had a bad experience. One pair didn't fit, I went online for return instructions. I then prepaid for a return label for UPS. I put the label on the box and dropped them off at a UPS store. NO problems. My refund was processed back into my bank account in a timely matte

I want to edit my review because I wore my new sandals today for the first time & they are super comfortable. I'm actually loving life in them today. Someone random commented they liked them and asked where I got them! Super super thankful they came in time for the 4th of July. I was worried and am still a little concerned the other sandals I ordered haven't come yet, but we'll see. I was also concerned the lightweight foam material was going to be easily destroyed with wear, but the material is very compact and the shoes seem nearly indestructible + very easy to walk in because they're super light. The shipping process of this company is completely disappointing. I'm sorry BASSO, but the fact that you don't have better tracking info & the time it takes to receive the items is completely deterring from wanting to order from you again. I do think the shoes are nice, but they still seem overpriced, especially for how long we have to wait to receive them & the risk taken when ordering since you don't offer refunds. I am stoked on my new sandals. I hope the other pair makes it to me soon. For readers: the wait time for shipping to me was 2+ weeks. I ordered both pairs together on June 11 and received one pair on July 3rd. The company responded to my email that the other shoes will arrive soon. The tracking info is through their website, which is very vague and can only be accessed via emails. I don't like that the company charges so much for their product, but I haven't owned the items long enough to know whether the price is truly worth it. I'll keep updating this review as time goes on.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the products and their policy of non refund and no return shipping label. Basically they keep your money forcing your to have credits of what you return to their store. They also don't offer return shipping labels, so you have to pay absurd price to return the item didn't fit you. Total waste of money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
I returned and item for exchange, I have the tracking# to proof it arrived at their address but they lied saying they never got my item. TOTAL SCAM

Do Not order anything bc it's like the lottery: you may get it, it may take three months, or you might get a completely different thing than you ordered. Customer service is a joke. So is their "concerned department". Why did I not see this site prior to purchase. Ordered the jacket but got some jeans. This site wouldn't accept the photo of the jeans they sent me instead.

This company is excellent to work with. Quick shipments, excellent customer service and quality products! Received the majority of my order the next day, followed by two separate packages the following two days.

Got a few of their Basinta Platform Sandals, ended up getting 5 more than 6 more different brands and every time i wear one someone asks me for their link. Great sandals, great price love this company and delivery is very fast

I had ordered A pair of UGGS for myself for my birthday two weeks ago and my boots arrived this morning. Was very hesitant from ordering from this site from all the bad reviews and didn't know what to expect. I can honestly say when I called customer service and a few days ago to see when my order would arrive as I still didn't have a tracking number the representative was very helpful and letting me know my shipment will be sent out tomorrow. My boots arrived here today and they're perfect. They're great. Will definitely order again as they have great prices.

I was scared to order because the negative reviews but I am a real customer & I just got my order today the Gemma Women's Wedge Sandals & they are in perfect condition & in original box & paper inside. They are authentic! Don't listen to the bad reviews make a decision for yourself. I didn't even have to contact them for any reason.

Very comfortable shoe for the walking. I am on my feet all day and I severely flat feet. I didn't feel pain at all after working with a 12 hour shift. This is the most comfortable pair of the them all. Very cushiony on the insoles. It took only 5 days to be delivered. Thank you Basso!

Ok this is a 5th order with Basso and had to share my thoughts. I was so stoked to find out about the quality of this stuff and the pricing... told all my friends about it and we buy matching stuff all the time for concerts and theme events... they also have great dress shirts and other stuff for the same kind of great deal. Try them out

I was pleasantly surprised to find that some of my favorite brand names were so inexpensive when ordering through Basso. On top of that my order came fast and was accurate. I would recommend this site to anyone and can't wait to do my holiday shopping on it!

At first I was weary of the site as it is not commonly heard however I risked it and bought anyways because the prices were so low. To my surprise my items arrived and everything is well!
