With my company, we have purchased over $8000 in graphics from Banner Buzz over the last 12 months. During our most recent purchase, our internal graphic design team created proofs that fit the templates that Banner Buzz has listed for the products we purchased. When it was time to proof the graphics for print with Banner Buzz's systems, their team told us the graphics were NOT designed to the correct specifications and the artwork would need to be stretched. Multiple times I asked for a call, and they would call me off hours at 7 or 8pm while I was with my family. When I would call back during office hours, the graphic design team was unavailable to speak. I understand that there may be a language barrier with the customer service team; however, I whole-heartedly felt that the Banner Buzz team was creating a situation where the customer gets so frustrated with the back and forth trying to communicate that I would just break down and purchase their graphic design services. Even though my in-house team designed the artwork to the specifications ON THE BANNER BUZZ WEBSITE. This experience continues to prove why it's so important that we have local print shops in your community. Our partners were able to do what Banner Buzz couldn't... communicate.

Paid extra for expedited delivery, and the item arrived past the date of the event it was to be used for. Customer service offered no support, and tried to claim policies that contradicted their actual communications to me and the statement on the order/invoice. Not a reputable company.

First time around in May, the banners were not shipped together and didn't make the expo. Second time around, the hardware was not shipped and we just have the banner (which is damaged)

I was appalled by the many hoops Banner Buzz made me jump through to get tax exemption added to our account. No other company has asked for so much information, and actually searched us online for our tax exemption, and then sent me results saying we were not an active tax exempt company. We have been tax exempt since inception in 1967, and always will be as an agency of the state.
