It was a seamless process from design to order.
I placed an order and was told it would be delivered by a certain date, but when I reached out with a question, I was told that it was too late to change anything. But then you proceeded to hold the order and do nothing on it. 2 weeks later after receiving no banner I was told it was on hold due to my question. I have ordered a few things from you and I will not be back.

Ordered 8 banners in January and it was on us, they were last minute however we paid a lot to have the overnight shipping and it was guaranteed to be delivered to our event on a Thursday. It was never delivered on time and was delivered the following Monday after our event was over. We had already left the hotel at this point and they claimed it was delivered. Anyway we did not get the banners ever and this was close to 1k paid. They did offer us a discount so we could re order. Learning our lesson we reordered 2 months in advance and had it shipped to the owners home to avoid any hotel issues. This time around THEY ONLY DELIVERED THE BANNERS AND NO STANDS. So we literally now have spent close to 2k and have nothing viable to use. I have tried to talk to someone in the USA multiple times to get a resolution and they wont transfer me. I am so disappointed I used bannerbuzz a lot in the past and they were great but this was the worst and the yhave 100% loss my business an all my clients biz. Since no one will resolve our issue (which would be easily resolved by simply sending the banner stands) we now have to go to the BBB & our credit card company to try and fight these charges (hoping this will maybe cause BannerBuzz to do the right thing and stop fighting us). What a huge waste of time for our team and waste of money. Pics attached of our 8 banners (no stands) sent in an envelope -- again original orders has never been located from Jan 2025. Very unhappy unsatisfied customer.

Printed flag just like photo I sent. Material of flag is good quality. I'm Very happy with this purchase. Shipping was far, from India, but shipped with FedEx tracking. Options to customize flag and submit artwork was very easy.

Banner buzz did not let me know that my order "was stuck in Memphis", until I called them to find out where was my order?
As a result the signs arrived well after the stated arrival date and were unable to be used at all.
