Had a special flag made for my husband for father's day. He loved it.
This is my third order with Banner Buzz and I'm truly hurt by what happen this time. My project did not print clearly, which I thought from the proof it would show up. In order to make the project over I was told it would be an additional fee. Again I'm upset, I'll think about the next project to look over the proof more clearly.
They took a small design and worked it to fit the flag perfectly! Love their work, great products and excellent service!

I bought a graduation banner and the design team really helped turn it into a professional looking banner. This was a very small banner and low price point, and but I still felt like a valued customer and received incredible service. Great quality, responsive customer service.

It seems the text is not boldly visible because of the light pink shade. Since the design element is highly subjective in nature, we avoid offering opinions on the artwork - especially on color combinations. You are free to review and reject the proof if it does not seem fine.
Additionally, a custom printed product is of no use to us, so we are unable to accept returns in the absence of any error from our side. Nevertheless, we understand that when ordering online anyone can make a mistake. Thus, for your satisfaction, we have offered to reprint the car for you at a basic cost of $9.99. This cost goes towards the packaging and shipping of the product.
