I ordered a banner over a month ahead of an event thinking it would be here for on time, I placed my order and thought I was good to go. Two days after the expected delivery date I contacted them to see where my package was. I was told that they had sent me an order confirmation email that needed to be checked and okayed before the banner was sent out. After scouring my email, I found no such email. When I explained this I was told that they had sent the email and that there was nothing they could do but get the product to me after the event. I would have really appreciated a phone call or other form of communication alerting me to the issue. Not impressed with their customer service on this one.

I have no idea how nice my flag is, because it is still with FedEx. I ordered on 6/12 with an estimated delivery date of 6/17. Wow, that's fast! Sounds great! It'll show up in time for my event, too! It didn't show. Tracking data showed it was shipping from India. By 6/15, it made it to the US, several states away from me. It's still there two and a half weeks later.

I sent in a request for a "single ply" flag that has a logo on both sides. I even got a call from the company assuring me that it was possible to have a logo on both sides of one piece of fabric. It HAS to be like that for my use, and I was assured that would be the case. Flag is beautiful, but it's 3 pieces of fabric. Not what I ordered and for my purposes completely wrong.

I purchased some business cards. I couldn't find a place on the website to look them over before purchasing nor was I directed to a place to look them over them. From what I could see they looked good so I payed for them and purchased the shipping that would get me the cards on time. Two days later I get an email saying I need to approve them. So, I approved them and sent an email immediately. I told them I needed the order canceled or they need to get them to me by the date I was told they would arrive when I purchased them. I got no response until a few days later saying they would now ship. I talked with someone on the chat on the website. I told him I needed to be refunded because of everything I said above and now they weren't going to be there when I needed them. He told me someone else would reach out to me. Someone ended up calling. The man on the line told me it was too late, they had already made the cards and used the supplies. I told him I didn't care and that the company should just eat the costs because of the situation and their lack of responsiveness. Nope they wouldn't do it. I told him I would never purchase from them again and I would make sure everyone who did ask for business card recommendations knew not to go to BannerBuzz. Your customer service was awful and your website should have made me review the cards before I purchased them. It's a very bad way to do business. The cards looked very good when they arrived (about 2 weeks too late)! Too bad because the experience ruined it for me. Lost a customer! I would have given it zero stars if that were an option.

I have had several projects with BannerBuzz, all with very little or no issues. This was absolutely not the case with this project. From the initial proof to the delivery, it was a disaster. The designer had the dimensions wrong three times, even though all artwork was sent to the exact specs. Then they kept trying to add in another decal that had nothing to do with the order. Finally, after approval, the job was shipped, only to be received damaged and unusable. I will never order decals and clings from them again.

Order to production is way too slow, especially since i provided vector pdfs at the correct scale and for some reason the art was recreated and approval then took multiple rounds with long lags.

They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
