I was assured by your representative that our order would easily be delivered by the 5th June once I was able to finally get all 3 runners into the Checkout cart. But it seems that the only way I could assure that was to pay over $50 postage, which I only found out right at the end of the process? Aaargh! I was expecting free shipping for an order over $99 and an email sent out on Sunday night said I had 24hrs hours to complete an order to get it for 2nd of June. So I tried to do this but your software kept freezing, saying error when I tried to save it and checkout, then the runner page dissapeared with the error 404 appearing constantly. These runners are for the charity Bat Rescue Inc. and we had only expected to pay <$100 for three runners. Now it seems we have had to pay an extra $50+ to insure that date of delivery, which was not expected? Or have I paid this without needing to? I would appreciate someone looking into this as I have had so much trouble with trying to do this online, hence a Chat session last night and a phone call this am trying to get my order finalised, and now to have an extra $50 for postage to get it by a date which was promised in your advertising and by one of your representatives seems a little unfair and false advertising?

Also, The language to sumbit changes was poor i.e. Press "submit" and then "Approve". That language is very confusing

The quality of the work is great, deliver was a bit slow and when I get the parcel it has come from Bombay. So don't we have printers in Australia?

Product and experience was good. I made a mistake with sizing, not BannerBuzz fault! I suggest giving sizes in centimetres as well as inches!
Product looks good, first time buyer! BUT my experience is that it was VERY difficult putting in address. You location service doesn't work...or your prompts! Didn't get my discount. Sorry but not impressed

IT WAS EASY BUT WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT A DESIGN COPY ABILITY WOULD OF MADE MY VISIT EASIER.

Difficult to move the text box when designing your item. The colours of both the magnets and text are very vast. Overall a top experience.

Answer: Yes, they are. They try and beat other companies on price, but then send shoddy products and tell you they will fix it with a repeat purchase at a discount
