Bannerbuzz redesigned my image due to low resolution free of charge and delivered within the original timescale.
I am very pleased with the result.
Very good website with more options than others to create exactly the type of images I wanted. Bookmarks are printed well and I'm delighted with them. Will use again for sure!

Surprised by expensive shipping costs but the banner material is amazing. Used at first expo and I know it will survive being stuffed into the banner bag (included) and brought out again in a year.
Was warned that image ws low resolution - but as for a flag seen at some distance up in the air was perfectly satisfactory. Flag has a coat of arms and Latin inscription - all legible
As always, it was so simple to order exactly what I wanted. The whole process from start to finish only took 10 minutes and delivery was spot on time. It won't be long before I am back for more.

The experience was great from order to reception of same. The guys got in contact with me immediately when they saw that there was an issue with art work and they fixed it without charging further.
Easy ordering, the free design service is very useful and customer service is excellent however seriously let down by there courier service who gave me three different dates before it arrived.

Ordering was very clear and straightforward, especially as each banner I ordered was different.
Poor print quality, over exposed and with some detail actually missing, thus unusable - Would not accept responsibility and replace Free of Charge and but expected me to re-order and PAY AGAIN, albeit with a small derisory 30% discount. Why would I risk it again when they couldn't even produce something which looked like the original order? Shame as previously they used to be a good supplier but obviously not the same customer satisfaction available. NOT RECOMMENDED.
I have ordered from BannerBuzz before and expected a bit of a wait for my products.
I was shocked when the delivery turned up just a few days after the order.

Was all done online, had questions, was directed the right way. So I proceeded to complete my order, it had an error but I was able to compete the order with banner in a timely manner.
Don't use this company if your order is urgent. Despite appearing to be a UK based company, the order is processed in India and takes a long time to arrive.

First order went great and I had some old flags which I wanted new graphics for so have tried placing an order for some of these now. Very efficient and the graphics look great thanks

Easy to use great website clear instructions l, team are great delivery was disappointing but that was due to the courier.

Easy to order. Couldnt preview due to being pdf but when it came it was fabulous. Lease just add preview for pdf file. I was so worried i did it wrong but it was good when it turned up.
