Poor customer service, ordering was difficult, I thought I had ordered the poles, but the sign came without the poles. I was told I had not, I then asked if I could order the poles. No was the answer you needed to order another sign. This poor customer service, I was happy to buy the poles.

The product came as described and is good quality, but I paid £15 extra for 'urgent' delivery, due to a deadline, on top of a £15 order to ensure it arrived on a Friday (as stated on the screen), only to have it come the following Monday. When asking for the £15 delivery charge to be refunded, I was refused and told it was made clear on the website that there was only a 89% chance of its arrival on the Friday. This is something I missed, as well as many others evidently, as shown in this company's reviews on trustpilot largely about late or missing deliveries. After arguing further that it wasn't made clear on the delivery and payment screen, I was only refunded 50% of my delivery fee

Good products but UPS delivery service does not do Banner Buzz any favours! Worst courier service I have ever had to deal with!

Largerly happy with the online graphics service and pricing - let down by missing paper work that saw the item come from china to london stanstead, head back to china, then india, then france before finally arriving at my door. I had payed for priority service but only aware of this due to using the couriers tracker. I probably wouldn't have ordered had I known it was coming travelling so far and not printed in the uk.

I ordered from Bannerbuzz as they portrayed that they were a UK firm. They are not. Also I paid for expedited delivery for an event and they delivered 1 of 3 items to a house that is not mine and the other items were still in India the day of delivery. As the items were not delivered and not delivered on the date I politely asked for a refund. I have had 2 phone calls and 2 e mails. The advisor just reads off a script and interrupts you - no refund! For people in the UK I would highly recommend not using
