I ordered two a-frames for my sandwich boards. Well priced and they arrived as promised. Great weight and very sturdy, but one was bent completely out of shape. It was unusable. I sent photos to customer service, offering to repackage it so they could collect it if they wanted to. They wanted a video. So I sent a video. Then they wanted photos of the packaging. Thank goodness I still had it, so I took photos of the packaging and sent that. It took days of backwards and forwards, but eventually they agreed to send me a replacement. They were helpful and not unreasonable in my dealings, but it took way too long to resolve the issue. I'm not sure how photos of the packaging helped them decide whether I should get a replacement. Anyway, I'm waiting for the new one but overall a decent experience

Overall, very pleased with BannerBuzz who delivered on time and charged a fair price, Banners appear well made. But as they haven't been displayed yet I can't be sure if they are weather resistant and colour fast. Service was generally good. Some language differences meant a couple of calls to me to check an aspect of my order were a bit frustrating, but we got there in the end.

To be honest the Initial sign I ordered wasn't great, but after a bit of back and forth with their customer services they have now replaced the sign in a different font and resolved my issues. Thank you
Had a terrible issue with getting flags delivered by FedEx. Bannerbuzz much easier to contact and we're very kind and offered full refund. Flags have finally arrived and I'm very pleased with them. Will be using again.

Banners are printed in India, Iv been waiting for 2 weeks, the first lot got sent to an address in London, the residents called to say they have my delivery (we're in Portsmouth) called the company and they said they were still in production. Us a UK based printers unless you wish to advertise you're event after it's happened.
