Bad experience. This has been stuck at Delhi airport for more than 2 weeks. It wasn't obvious upon ordering that this was coming from outside the UK. I won't have this in time for the event I ordered it for. I've been told to contact the couier. No help from Bannerworks.
Ordering and uploading artwork was straightforward. Following confirmation of order I noticed event dates were incorrect. Emailed problem and also via chat function. The latter was excellent and customer service advisor was able to correct my order and allowed me to upload amended artwork. There was a problem as revised proofs sent through still showed the original dates. Contacted the customer services the next morning and explained the issue - the advisor reassured me that the correct dates would be printed although emailed proof to sign off still had original dates. However, pleased to say that when order arrived the banners had the correct dates. The banners arrived earlier than expected - excellent quality and at a good price. Will definitely use again.

I ordered the banner thinking it would arrive within the gime frame i needed it for an event. It didnt turn up til 4 days too late and ihad to buy another one from another co. It said on the tracking coming via India when i thought it was uk. Ive emailled several times to get a refund or at least a reply... nothing not happy

The communication was slow and frustrating, taking 2 weeks to agree one design we were remotely satisfied with. We kept receiving multiple emails, closing our ongoing enquiry and messages advising that the changes we wanted could not be accessed from your own software.

Absolute waste of space company. Sent my items to a drop off despite me paying for home delivery. Never informed me it was sent elsewhere. No communication about package. When I raised with customer service I was gaslit that I had missed all their emails - I had not, and yes, I know how to check a junk mail folder. Asked for a refund as my items arrived after the event I needed them for. Got ghosted.

Ordering process was a bit confusing, but not as much as the follow up emails which told me they were closing my ticket as they had not heard from me, even though they replied to my email.Lots of confusion as to whether the order had been completed & posted to.Very pleased with items once they finally arrived, so gave a 4 star score. Not sure I would want to go through that again though.

I know that shipping isn't in your full control, but more support needs to be provided when there are shipping delays -- especially when we pay much extra for rush. Our banners arrived 3 days after our event and when I flagged this prior to it being so late, the support I received was beyond frustrating and dismissive. And in the end it didn't work out as I expected, so I was even more frustrated.

Terrible experience ordering from this company. I ordered these two banners for an Open Day event at our University. I specifically paid £100 extra for express delivery to ensure it would arrive in time. Delivery was due on 10th September, with the event being on 13th. At the time of writing, it is 22nd September and still only one part of my order has arrived. I called the customer service team who were helpful to be fair to them, but it is clear nothing was going to be done to ensure I received my items unless I had gotten in contact. The company take little responsibility for ensuring the items get to you once they have been created and sent off for delivery. The items are shipped from India and have to go through many checks which can delay things. They used UPS as the courier on the UK who claimed they were unable to find the address I provided, but made no effort to get in contact with me, despite me having provided a contact number.

The communication and service is not something I would want to experience again. Despite being a UK based company, all operations are in in India, which in itself is not a problem, but affects the service. Twice unconfirmed that the item had to be stuck in the inside facing out and they agreed, but the item arrived to be stuck in the outside. It also arrived 2 days later than they told me on the website. I hired a designer and they asked if I preferred communication by email or phone and I pick phone... No phone call. The image they asked me to approve was exactly the image I sent to them but they were not able to generate a perforated version of the image so that I could actually see what it would look like, which defeats the object of approving. All in all, I wouldn't use again.

Will not use again, sent out flags without proof and told that's what i requested when my others still pending after weeks of emails stuck in their lack of response and following the designs. I have requested these be cancelled and refunded.

I was sent a sticker instead of a decal and because I wasn't toldi damaged it during installation. The backing paper wasn't backing paper but part of the sticker. Will not use this service again instead I will use vista print. Faster delivery and better service. To your email and comment, i thank you for your offer and trying to help but as I said please delete my account and I will use a different service provider.
