Took a while to arrive, but the banner was good quality and exactly what I wanted.
Poor experience from artwork not being understood to wrong order completed (missing stands) which I definitely selected, they made me pay again for shipping of the stands. Shipping is far too long and would never have used your company if I knew it was shipping from India. However, product quality was good, if a little challenging to construct.
Overall, very pleased with BannerBuzz who delivered on time and charged a fair price, Banners appear well made. But as they haven't been displayed yet I can't be sure if they are weather resistant and colour fast. Service was generally good. Some language differences meant a couple of calls to me to check an aspect of my order were a bit frustrating, but we got there in the end.

Not as much product detail as necessary. Had to call for details about hemming etc.
I had an issue with two of the big window stickers I ordered and took photos and transferred on to the window as asked. To let them see the problem. The edges where not sticking.
As seeing this, they have issued two replacement at no cost to me. Great customer service, keep up the good work.

Required quite a lot of help from your staff due to working round the website for the first time.

Had a terrible issue with getting flags delivered by FedEx. Bannerbuzz much easier to contact and we're very kind and offered full refund. Flags have finally arrived and I'm very pleased with them. Will be using again.

It's a bit confusing to workout how to place the order,(probably just me) got there in the end. Spoke to someone on the phone, nice helpful chap. Very pleased with the end result, great value for money.
