Le second un bacldru, 8X10 qui comportait 2 logos a été monté exactement le contraire de ma demande avec une présentation vraiment affreuse. Quotes were sent as requested and questions were answered promptly. It was easy to place an order and to upload a design/graphic.The design team had to modify our graphic but the end result was awesome. Delivery was delayed but order still arrived two days ahead of the scheduled date.

If BannerBuzz allowed me to simply re-order previous purchases, that would make my life a lot easier. I had a business card that BB had printed earlier this year that went well, but when I had to change my phone number on the card and had to resubmit new templates, I kept getting messages that the quality was not good enough to print. I was sending full size EPS, PDF, and TIFF files, good enough to print far larger than business cards, and still they kept telling me the quality was not good enough. In the end, they changed the font from what I originally had, easily seen when comparing my old and new cards.
Here are my suggestions for better customer service:
1. Allow re-ordering. If something as simple as changing a phone number is needed, offer to make this change and submit the proofs still for confirmation.
2. If there is a quality issue, you need to provide more detail. It's not enough to say "Quality is insufficient" but instead, say exactly what the issue is. If you have to recreate fonts, please also mention that and offer solutions if you need a different file format.
3. Your upload feature does not provide a visual representation, so if I upload a TIF file or other high quality format, I see nothing for the template image. Please find a way to fix this so clients can see that the orientation is correct.

Absolute garbage company to work with. On more than one occasion (thought I'd give them a second chance) they have messed up my order. This time, they printed the front of a folded business card upside down. They say it's my fault as I proofed it. What I saw was the same proof from my previous order which was fine. I just re-ordered and made one small change and a font change. I moved one line from the top to the bottom of the card. Get with the program BannerBuzz. I know thousands of business people to whom I will share this experience. See both samples in the photo...same style, same direction, yet the top one, came to me printed upside DOWN! It is not rocket science folks, or is it for this company!
I bought here lots of stuff to celebrate birthday of my lovely son! I ordered here table covers, table top displays and my task was to create everything using only ONE design.
Actually there were no difficulties whatsoever. Maybe... the delivery was a bit late, but I ordered everything beforehand, so the gig wasn't ruined because of the delay.

SO FAR MY EXPEREINCE HAS BEEN GREAT, CAN'T WAIT TO SEE MY PRODUCT
We ordered banners 20 days ago; however, due to the design team, the proof wasn't received in a timely manner; Therefore, the order that was supposed to be received on time after two weeks got delayed. Even, when the actual order was received, it was partially delivered and the partial order was lost. The banners were required for the convention that happened over the weekend.
Numerous phone calls were made to resolve the issue in a timely manner; however, no resolutions were made, and we had to suffer the loss. Furthermore, the hold over the phone was significantly long and intentional.
We felt as if we owed this company and the representative money.
Most of the employees at this company are Indians and represent certain religions. Dealing with them, they didn't leave any opportunity to take revenge whatever that would be.
There are new players in the market. Highly recommended. Avoid these guys at all costs.

My original design was Sadi to be poor quality but banner buzz did up great it for me. I still found the site somewhat confusing at times.
There could be better instructions on how to go through the different steps approving the final product. I used the chat option and was able to get all the answers I was looking for.
In the end we are very happy with the quality of the product.

It was good, I want to tell you that FedEx had something that was heavy and broke two of the flag's stem so it can not be used for car windows but that is okay. Maybe the package should be marked Fragile.
The payment part of your site seems to be really buggy. If your site hadn't come recommended by other vendors I would have thought it was a scam site. 3 times I had to enter my payment info for it to finally go through and I'm wondering if you m if he have processed payment twice for the same order as twice I confirmed Apple Pay payment. But the first time never went to a confirmation screen, just froze and I never got confirmation email etc. Also spelling errors on sites make me weary- on the payment page at the bottom beside the orange "place order" button it says payment summery (should be summary). Anyways I pray you only charged me once and my order arrives but let's just say I'm not feeling very confident right now.
Update- I received my order in a reasonable time. Wish the table covers were folded properly rather than being so rumpled in the bag they were shipped in. Otherwise seems good quality.

They refused any return and refuse to refund me despite the policy displayed on the website. If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, BannerBuzz will send a replacement banner with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We also offer a refund for the total amount. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced banner. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery. Do not trust them, they have no customer service, their call center is based in India they do not even speak English you can not understand them. Please save your money
