I can honestly write that I bought goods - a charger, for Baggood brand Hota. The thing didn't work from the first turn on, so I turned to Bangood with a complaint. I negotiated with Jeremy Lee here and I can write that his approach was very professional. Complaints were settled within a few days, despite the 12-hour time shift, to my full satisfaction. Excellent customer service, very quick and friendly.
I order a lot of goods from Chinese stores. The last shipment of android Xiaomi Mi tv L65M5 from Banggood did not come out as I imagined. The goods came damaged. After reporting the problem to customer service, I was immediately offered a solution. I chose to return the full amount due to the temporary unavailability of goods in the EU. The money was sent back to the account on the same day. I am very satisfied with the after-sales service. The only thing I don't understand is their transport with the German DPD. Goods ordered in a cz warehouse travel all over Germany, back to the Czech Republic perhaps through 5 transhipments.
I have received a Falcon 1080p drone which does not work.
I wrote to Bangood which promptly after just a couple of days agreed to fully refund the order.
This is a very positive behavior towards the customer which really must be underlined.

I bought a mobile phone from there which unfortunatelly i had to return. I contact them and they immidiately told me that they will refund me! I send back the mobile phone and the next day i had the money back in my account!

After an online transaction from banggood especially blitzwolf headphones the delivery came to my country and i opened them. A problem occured after the first charging. In the rare case something is wrong (twice in over 80 orders over the last two years), costumer service response is very quickly and adequate. Issues were resolved quickly (1x refund, 1x resending of same item).
