Banggood is my preferred provider for small remote controlled airplanes, helicopters and spare parts and batteries. So far every time I was not fully satisfied for the received items, their customer service has been absolutely helpful in finding the best solution. One time a damaged items and a couple of times quality issues have been solved with price reduction, item replacement or even full refund. Off course I always spend a few cents more to have insured international delivery. I am satisfied and I can recommend their services.

After i received my order ( a small drone), i found out its joystick was not working at all. I sent pictures and video to banggood support and without hesitation, they immediately proceed to resend my order with PDM. This is called after sales service! Well done guys.

DT NO. 1 DT66 smart watch looks nice and good built quality. But unfortunately it wasn't connecting to the phone (tried 2 different phones). After few emails to customer service and 2 weeks time, I received full refund for faulty product.

I received my Senbono S30 watch well packed and in time. The watch starts working well, although suddenly its screen has been frozen, then after a time switched off and never became on. The Banggood customer service acknowledged the fact of unrepairable and poor quality product and offered a full refund, except the shipping cost.

My experience with Banggood has been nothing but positive. The responsiveness of this company is great, and you can expect a response within 1-2 business days. I was very impressed with the quality of their products and the fast shipping. I received my item in about 10 days after purchase, and it looked like the item was fulfilled in their California Warehouse so they do have a USA-Based Fulfillment Center. I have been dealing with Banggood for many years and have purchased dozens of different products. Online buying can be difficult since I can only see pictures of the product, however good communication through written description and messaging has lead to me receiving my products as ordered and in good condition most of the time. Recently a Drone was delivered with a small defect that didn't allow for the clip on one side of the battery to lock into place, I sent a customer service message and they offered to credit my account an amount that allowed me to purchase another battery, I still have the battery with the broken clip and if need be I can tape it into the closed position. As you can see in the photo the battery on the right the clip doesn't return to the locked position. This style and level of customer service is what I have come to expect from Banggood and is why I have been buying products from the so long. I recommend Banggood for your online shopping.

I bought a rc sound module that did not work properly. After writing a mail to Banggood I got a fast respond and they solved the problem by sending a new item.

I bought led string light set which came in less than 2 weeks and arrived via courier. I found that one of the string lights and remote were not working. Very satisfied! I ordered in the middle of December but input incorrect address - received email on the next day. Life chat with operator to correct it and on the next day my order was shipped. International shipping received in 8 calendar days - for my pleasant surprise before Christmas, although the estimated delivery date was 26.Dec. Regretfully my item didn't work. But the service was perfect - very fast reaction and full refund on the next day! Excellent work! Recommend!
