I bought a mobile phone from there which unfortunatelly i had to return. I contact them and they immidiately told me that they will refund me! I send back the mobile phone and the next day i had the money back in my account!
The communication was excellent and they always replied my emails on time!
Definately i will use them again!

I order a lot of goods from Chinese stores. The last shipment of android Xiaomi Mi tv L65M5 from Banggood did not come out as I imagined. The goods came damaged. After reporting the problem to customer service, I was immediately offered a solution. I chose to return the full amount due to the temporary unavailability of goods in the EU. The money was sent back to the account on the same day. I am very satisfied with the after-sales service. The only thing I don't understand is their transport with the German DPD. Goods ordered in a cz warehouse travel all over Germany, back to the Czech Republic perhaps through 5 transhipments.

You can find same Amazon articles, but cheaper! Moreover, a very good and kind assitance. Recommended

Although iv had issues with some products the service team always manage to help and get things sorted wich is surprising, and they actually get back to you wich makes you feel included and understood.

Although the product does not work (drone eachineEx4) due to a manufacturing defect they refunded a large part of my money because in my country it is very expensive to return the package to China, I am very satisfied with the customer service. It is the first time that I buy in the app therefore i was afraid but it is clear that they are very serious and fair company.

I had some troubles with a keyboard that i bought, when i contacted them they answer my emails fast (less than 1 day) and gave me very good solutions giving me a refund that we both agree. Great experience, one of the best pages to buy online.

I received a package that had broken open due bad handling in transit, items were missing which I advised Banggood customer services who resolved my problem within 72 hours, this as way beyond my expectations, well done Banggood.

I bought a rc sound module that did not work properly. After writing a mail to Banggood I got a fast respond and they solved the problem by sending a new item.
I have been customer since time ago and will continue as the service is so good as now.
