I have been dealing with Banggood for many years and have purchased dozens of different products. Online buying can be difficult since I can only see pictures of the product, however good communication through written description and messaging has lead to me receiving my products as ordered and in good condition most of the time. Recently a Drone was delivered with a small defect that didn't allow for the clip on one side of the battery to lock into place, I sent a customer service message and they offered to credit my account an amount that allowed me to purchase another battery, I still have the battery with the broken clip and if need be I can tape it into the closed position. As you can see in the photo the battery on the right the clip doesn't return to the locked position. This style and level of customer service is what I have come to expect from Banggood and is why I have been buying products from the so long. I recommend Banggood for your online shopping.

The prices of Banggood are good and shipping is their great strength. Their established shipping channels make shipping from China reliably fast. I received all my products pretty much within a maximum of two weeks. Two weeks shipping on Aliexpress is usually a miracle for comparison.
Customer service is great too. They are helpful and when none of the support worked they offered me a refund.
Highly recommended.

Od kilku lat robię zakupy na Banggood i mam dobrą opinię co do zakupionych produktów zwłaszcza z dziedziny " RC". Ostatnio zakupiłem potężny pakiet LIPO 6s 6200 mah 120C, który użytkuję w boat typu rigger, spisywał się poprawnie ale wystąpił pewien problem, więc skontaktowałem się Banggood Servis, gdzie opisałem ten problem, wysłałem kilka foto, i po kilu kontaktach drogą komputerową rozpatrzono moje zastrzeżenia na moją korzyść. Dodaję, że jestem mile zaskoczony jakością prowadzonej korespondencji i sposobem załatwienia sprawy, przyznania mi zwrotu całej kwoty zakupu pakietu.

I received a BlitzWolf BW-GC5 Gaming Chair a few days ago

I bought tyro 79 during banggood event. It take about 9 days shippment until arrived at me. It a good servece. But unfotunatly after assembly my tyro 79 it seem problem with vtx. Then i send compalint about my oroblem to banggood, i'm realy suprised about banggood service they fast response and responsible to my problem. They give me solution options. And i very apreciate to they services.

After the prompt delivery of my order, the product was not working. So I contacted the after-sales service by email who asked me to wait while they contacted my seller. Having no response from my seller, Banggood after-sales service offered me a refund for my defective product which I accepted. This morning the refund was effective on my account. Very good and fast reactivity to problems with a solution. Very good service. Thank you

I have made more than one purchase on Bangood, and have had the opportunity to experience different types of shipping, one of my packages was also lost by the shipper... Bangood customer service was always helpful and kind, despite my understandable apprehension.
My lost parcel has been refunded and sent back.
Bangood's only flaw is the lack of a warehouse in my country (Italy) but I am sure that the more it grows, the easier it will be that one day there will be a warehouse here.
