Received a babymonitor (on time) but unfortunately the range wasn't what they said it was so we had to return it. It's a shame that one of their customer advisors lied to us and tolad us that the range was 300m but in fact it was much less than that! Luckily the other customer advisor, Gemma, was most helpful and actually let us send it back at their cost due to that first customer advisor lying to us. Gemma also helped us with the refund getting back to me within 3 days.
They are full time scam. I placed an order for a baby travel system and moses basket online. Received a confirmation email that it will be delivered in five working days, but did not receive anything in ten days and then called back myself. They say it was not in the stock, but did not bother to contact me. I changed the order and the lady advised that delivery will be in a week? Guess what, nothing... called back again many times, sent email, but no response so far. They are just collecting people's personal details so DO NOT FALL into this TRAP. I am chasing them to take my details OFF their records... Very poor,,,,
