I ordered a $1600 Chloe bag that came damaged and possible counterfeit. I contacted Baltini immediately upon opening the package. The brass hardware was coated and black exposed. Which indicates the bag is fake. They responded asking me for pictures which I immediately sent. It has been 16 days since my initial complaint with no response.
This company is a pure SCAM with garbage customer service. I received a defective item from them and they replied with photos of a different item claiming it was not defective. Upon emailing them, they refuse to offer any remedy whatsoever other than to return the item at an extremely costly expense. This company has severely lacking customer service as they just copy & paste the same email over and over again with no desire to resolve the issue. They do NOT have the customer's best interests at heart, nor do they have any desire to make things right. These people are crooks. I will be taking this further and I will make it my business to EXPOSE the atrocious treatment and lack of customer support.
Be careful, they will eventually scam you. After purchasing many items from them, they broke through and blatantly LIED by stating I had removed a tag before returning an item. That is malpractice and not a way to treat customers who have spent thousands on their site. Charging $70 to ship an item back? Absolutely shameful, and below any other distributor out there.
I had received a S Max Mara coat that I tried on for a few minutes at most but it was too small so I returned it. The company refused the return, sent a few pictures claiming that it was stained. The pictures were not clear at all (I don't even remember seeing any visible stains when I received it) and I definitely did not stain it but they're charging me $70 to ship the item back to me. So essentially I am charged an extra $70 for a item that's too small for me and has damages that I didn't cause. Worst online shopping experience I've had in recent years. Do not advise ordering from here!
I ordered through Lyst but the partner boutique that shopped was Baltini.
The heels arrived used and with silicone inserts in it! The red louboutain soles were all scratched.
I immediately the same moment I opened the package wrote an email with photos to Lyst customer service. And I wrote to baltini too. Long story short - They refused to give me a return label and said that shoes were sent in new condition.
They asked me if I have a video of opening the package as a proof. What? Why would someone do that. How often do you make videos of opening your packages.
I will never order from Lyst of Baltini again.
Stay absolutely clear from Baltini as its customer service has to be one of if not the absolute worst I've encountered!. They make returns a nightmare where is near impossible to do. For the prices you pay here (which is NO bargain AT ALL) customer service and returns should be made easier and positive. Never again for me.
You have to use your own money when you have a negative balance. So instead of making money you lose money. So don't work for them. It seems like they are legit until you have to use your own money to pay for working for them. I was always told that if you have to pay to work it's not a job.
From day one, I had doubts about buying here, and it wasn't wrong. I purchased multiple dressing shoes from numerous stores, including Baltini, for my husband's birthday so he could pick one. The funny part is that he didn't try any of the four styles, and I returned them all. I couldn't even imagine what could go wrong with never worn shoes?! I sent it back immediately and received an email that my return was refused because the box was damaged and the shoes were scratched. OMG, from who? Please avoid cheaper prices if you see a big difference, mainly run! It's a scam 100%… They will create a problem by not giving you a refund. I already contacted my credit card for a dispute once again don't buy from someone you have doubts about; listen to your guts please
I would give zero if i could! I returned an item snd git the confirmation that they received my item in October. Its February and i still have no refund and no item. I was foto open a dispute and once i did - Baltini e-mailed offering 5%(!) ofc any item and my money back if i close the dispute. Later they asked for an official letter of dispute withdrawal (!). I was left with no money during a holiday season and now they still putting me through hell and not providing a refund! Shame on you!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITH THESE PEOPLE. I PURCHASED A PAIR OF FERRAGAMO SHOES WITH SHIPPING INSURANCE, THE SHOES NEVER ARRIVED, DHL UPDATED THE STATUS AS DELIVERED 3 WEEKS AFTER THE DATE THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE BEEN DELIVERED. AND NOW THEY IGNORE ME AND DONT WANT TO PAY ME BACK MY MONEY. IF YOU HAVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PEOPLE I WANT TO TALK TO YOU. I WANT TO SUIT THEM, JOIN ME.

I ordered a leather bag from Baltini, but the leather on the back was wrinkled when I received. Don't understand why can they send this low quality product
I placed an order with Baltini yesterday. They followed up with a handful of emails that looked like scams, trying to get me to send them a screenshot of the line on my credit card statement that showed the amount purchased--because they insisted that I had demonstrated signs of fraudulent activity. I spent time researching, then went to the Baltini site directly to their chat feature. I double checked everything they told me, and I confirmed with the chat person (Silva, who had responded to some online reviews by others) that the content of the screenshot I provided was what was needed. Then I sent the screenshot--which was just the name of the business as it appeared online with the amount charged--just as they'd asked. Hours later, I got a message that I hadn't passed muster, and my order had been cancelled! They did refund my credit card, the charge on which was still pending. I'm still not sure if they're still scamming me somehow and will change my credit card number--but it's ridiculous if this is a legitimate business that they won't fulfill my order just because I placed it while I was away from home. This was the reason they gave, BTW. A waste of day for me, and no dress to show for it. Please check other review sites and see that this company has more 1-star reviews than good ones.
Liars, cheats, thieves. Took my money and refused to refund me claiming I returned damaged goods. Utter crooks. Do not buy anything for here, ever.

I ordered an expensive pair of sneakers for my son, and I received a pair of sneakers that was half the price. After sending an email to the company with all the photos and information, I was told to wait 3-4 days for them to check my complaint. After a few emails on my behalf, 14 days later, I received an email offering me a 25-euro reimbursement or to send back the wrong sneakers (worth 45 euros) and receive the correct ones. I did not agree with this and filed a complaint with my credit card company. I still do not know what the credit card company will decide, but never mind... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
