I had an amazing first-time experience ordering a Birthday cake for my friend from Bakingo. The order was fulfilled at the mentioned time. However, it will be helpful if the preparation time was also mentioned since few cakes took longer time due to the longer making time.
I would say it was great overall. Thank you Bakingo.

They spoiled today my dads birthday. First they sent me wet and watery cake and second time they sent me same cake it was odd and bitter in taste. When I complained they said we baked fresh cake in half an hour they baked fresh cake wow…and they dint even took back or listened to my complaint and they have not even accepted their fault. I told them come and eat ur cake. Then Also. I'll not order any cake from here and worn not to order from bakingo

I have been ordering my cakes from Bakingo since a long time. They have a huge assortment of fresh and wholesome cakes to choose from. In terms of service and delivery, they are commendable and trustworthy. They also offer cashbacks and discount coupons which is a cherry on the cake (pun intended).
I am surprised to read the negative comments here. I am sorry about their unfortunate experience with Bakingo. So far, my experience has only compelled me to order my cakes from them.

Bakingo is one of the best site for ordering cakes. Delivery is quick. They have super amazing cakes with lots of varieties of flavour. Cakes are designed very well. Quality and Quantity is superb. Price is affordable. Recommended to friends.

The experience with ordering at bakingo was wonderful. The taste and packaging of cakes were excellent. When i contacted ankur at bakingo, he was very helpful and got my cake delivered in time. I am very thankful to ankur for helping me.

It was me who suggested bakingo on my mom's birthday and I regret that.
Fruits on fruit cake was too less than what is shown in the picture... Mostly the cake was tried to be filled with apple pieces and the pieces were super small. And even after using finely diced apples, some part were left empty. Grapes pieces were diced in half in picture but in real I think they took half grape and grated it one half grape only. No dragon fruit. Cake was too sweet. The cake looked really cheap. Dont go for this cake people and I'm never gonna suggest bakingo after this event which was turned into an incident by bakingo.
I was feeling all low prices materials were used in cake and even low priced fruits were used in such small qty that the cake top was decided to be left empty by whoever the cake was baked by.

I wanted to order a birthday cake; the address was in Bangalore. However, the order form needed an area information. My target area was not on Bakingo's area list, so I emailed them. They replied within a minute, asking me to place the order with any nearby area and the address. That was prompt indeed!

The recipients were very happy about the cake too -- they simply loved it!

There is one point that I would like to mention: I selected my preferred delivery time between 3pm-5pm, but the cake was delivered earlier (around 14:00). That possibly shows Bakingo's efficiency; however, if you are very particular about the time for some reason, do make a special mention of the fact.

I am extremely happy with the service of Bakingo. I have been ordering from them for last years for my sons birthday... every time we are happy with the experience... 5 stars for them... keep it up guys

I am not a coconut person but my hubby dearest is and so I ordered the coconut cake. Ohhh what a delight. You have a fan girl in me. Thank you for the wonderful bake. I don't see myself waiting for occasions to celebrate this baked sugar. I'll happily make you my routine. Wowww wowww and wowww.

Unfortunately, the cake was stale and of poor quality. It was dry, tasteless, and had an unpleasant texture. I was expecting a fresh and delicious cake, especially given the reputation of your bakery.

I had ordered the cake for my mother to celebrate the occasion, and it was a significant disappointment to serve such a low-quality cake to my mother. I have been a loyal customer of Bakingo and have always been satisfied with your products, which makes this experience even more disappointing.

I request that you take immediate action to address this issue. I would appreciate a replacement cake or a full refund, along with a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused.

Best customer support ever... delivered cake was very tasty and delicious. Kudos to team... about the customer support... they are very supportive and polite... I need to make some changes in the order and it was with minimum time..

I have ordered pinata cake for my kid birthday. My order number is *******. It was my big mistake ordering from bakingo. The outlook of the cake is good, but the cake inside is spoiled and worst taste. It completely spoiled the birthday. The cherries used are spoiled one and the cream is sour.

Never expected this from bakingo.

I was looking for a delivery for my relatives living in Delhi. Suddenly I remembered her birthday and then I contacted Bakingo and you know what they just delivered it within 2 Hrs and tye quality of the cake was awesome and I will surely go for it.
