Worst service. Fraud and Liers

The worst service and biggest fraud and liers ever that we have seen in life. I want to share my experience both online with all my WhatsApp groups including family friends and office colleagues groups and make people realise how bigger fraud and liers you guys are. Let's move to my experience now. We ordered 4Kg red velvet cake for my daughter's 1st birthday and picked the slot for delivery between 3Pm and 6Pm. Around 4 o çlk got a message saying due to rain we are slightly delayed and I called customer care to check on how much it delayed and they told me that cake is packed and ready and will be arriving at my place by 6 PM as planned. All guest arrived by 6PM and it's being weekday and school for kids next day we planned to complete the party by 7:30 PM. 6 o çlk I called as the cake has not arrived and customer. Care guy told that cake has been dispatched and will arrive by6:30 and provided delivery boys phone number. When I called the delivery boy phone number he says in 30 minutes I will deliver. And he didn't show up till 6:45 and I called him again he told can is about to reach by 7 PM to destination and by 7 even dinner arrived but not the cake and finally delivery guy messages me saying that, sir I want to be frank with you that I have not even started from my location and my cab has not arrived yet. Just imagine what my situation will be, around 40+ guest waiting from last one hour and dinner is ready and my daughters 1st birthday and I don't know when cake will come. I ran to nearby bakery and bought few 1 KG cakes and got back and by then my daughter is full of sleep and crying craze as her bed time is around 7:30PM which has passed already: we just closed the party with out cake cutting. Asked guests to have dinner and leave. Worst part is that cake guys came around 8:30 and ask me to take the delivery. What will I do with a 4Kg cake when all the guests has already left and I refused to take the delivery and when I check the track delivery they mentioned that Iam not available to take delivery. Looks like both the delivery person and the company both are frauds and cheaters/liers. Shameless people to take money and not delivering the cake and saying that Iam not available at the location to take the delivery.
