Fruit cake was ordered for my parent's Anniversary. They completely messed it up. When I wrote to customer service they offered me 15% cash points. NO. I don't need that. I send them pics of the delivered cake. I will never use this site again and also warn you to think twice before ordering it.

Worst experience I had with bakingo. We ordered the pull up cake with expectation that after the pull up stars with blue liquid will be scattered but actual cake is totally different. Cake taste was also not good and it was not fresh as well. I have to order another cake for my daughter's birthday. Attaching image, you can compare with the website pic which is totally different. They even don't bother about the customer review.

Nowhere name of the birthday person mentioned even after messaging twice. Cake was displaced from position. Overall it ruined my party. No point in ordering a 2.5k rs cake. Poor customer support. They blame third party.

Trust me you will regret! I have been ordering from this site but unfortunately they end up doing some or the other error intentionally! Sometimes the quality of the flowers are so poor that you feel like throwing them right away and sometimes they send less flower sticks! Never ever try to purchase their hamper as the quality of their cookies and dry cake is extremely bad and stale...whe you complain about the same they will just say sorry for the inconvenience caused and thats it! It very repetitive! Order at your own risk and if you want to spoil your special occasion!

I ordered cake for my sister yesterday morning but still not delivered, pathetic service, there is no answer to contact number to get status,
Day passes away and cake is still not delivered, not even a update from Bakingo team, no apologies. Also playing with people emotions and respect within their family relations, worst experience.
We should sue them for this kind of unprofessionalism.

This is the worst site - Bakingo. After the payment is made - they fail the order & no resolution is provided by Bakingo. What's customer's fault if you run your site & server on a third class platform- and then no refund is processed - nor the order is completed.
Do not fall prey to Bakingo site - bill $#*! site for cakes.

I have ordered customised cake on my wife's birthday. Instead of making pictures using cream they used third class paper to make pictures. Product is not even worth rs 100. I felt cheated and totally ruined my excitement to surprise my wife. I suggest other customers as well never order customized cakes from bakingo. They will make sure to ruin your happiness.

Good taste with bad attitude, I always order corporates cakes from here but this time bakingo staff attitude was so bad even after their mistake. I ordered a customize cake and they committed to deliver the same but they send something different and even after that they said ki kuch nhi ho payega isme.

It looks so good and beautiful on the site that I want to buy everything at once)) Their cakes are the tastiest I have ever tasted. Except for my mom's))

The BEST cakes provider in spoling any type of event. Booked a cake and and after having waited for couple of hours past the scheduled delivery time, status was changed as delivered without actually delivering the item. Its loss of hard earned money and more over loss of precious time of any event that you might plan for. This bakingo.com is untrustworthy and dont waste your time. Also, no proper response and updates from customer service.

The cake delivered to me was damaged during delivery. They delivered through Dunzo. No replacement process. Neither i was asked to check for confirmation if cake has been delivered in correct state. I opened the parcel after some hours hence they denied to replace. Earlier also we had faced same issue, and had thought it is just one of scenario.
