The BEST cakes provider in spoling any type of event. Booked a cake and and after having waited for couple of hours past the scheduled delivery time, status was changed as delivered without actually delivering the item. Its loss of hard earned money and more over loss of precious time of any event that you might plan for. This bakingo.com is untrustworthy and dont waste your time. Also, no proper response and updates from customer service.

The cake delivered to me was damaged during delivery. They delivered through Dunzo. No replacement process. Neither i was asked to check for confirmation if cake has been delivered in correct state. I opened the parcel after some hours hence they denied to replace. Earlier also we had faced same issue, and had thought it is just one of scenario.

My fiance want to give me surprise on valentines day so he ordered morning a gift pack from bakingo but till now I didn't received anything at the end he discussed this with me because now day is going to end. What the meaning of selective same day slot if services are really bad. We are really disappointed with the bakingo app service and i will not order again from this as today my valentines day surprise spoiled already. Very worst service. So unofficial if there is option i will give 0 star rating.

I ordered the blueberry cheesecake cake for a birthday & they send a completely different cake. They refused to acknowledge their mistake, even after sharing pictures. They ruined the day. Please dont order from them

2 stars just for the cake. From past few times delivery was not being made on time. No information on delay or delay reasons are provided until support staff is contacted. Support staff just never replies to one message. Multiple messages or chasers are to be sent. This is the 3rd time of dissatisfaction consecutively that I have written this review.

This is to inform all the customers that if you are having any health issues because of the cake, you have the full rights to sue the company & bring them into the court. Health & hygiene is a serious issue.

They spoiled today my dads birthday. First they sent me wet and watery cake and second time they sent me same cake it was odd and bitter in taste. When I complained they said we baked fresh cake in half an hour they baked fresh cake wow…and they dint even took back or listened to my complaint and they have not even accepted their fault. I told them come and eat ur cake. Then Also. I'll not order any cake from here and worn not to order from bakingo

It was me who suggested bakingo on my mom's birthday and I regret that.
Fruits on fruit cake was too less than what is shown in the picture... Mostly the cake was tried to be filled with apple pieces and the pieces were super small. And even after using finely diced apples, some part were left empty. Grapes pieces were diced in half in picture but in real I think they took half grape and grated it one half grape only. No dragon fruit. Cake was too sweet. The cake looked really cheap. Dont go for this cake people and I'm never gonna suggest bakingo after this event which was turned into an incident by bakingo.
I was feeling all low prices materials were used in cake and even low priced fruits were used in such small qty that the cake top was decided to be left empty by whoever the cake was baked by.

Tasty cakes are nothing special. I will never get acquainted with your site, the cakes are tasty, nothing special.

Yesterday I placed an order. The customer service was supported in a well manner. Suggestion was perfect, Response was just awesome.

I am really really happy with Bakingo Cake delivered to me. They did good packaging of the cake and the cake looked exactly the same as it was on the pic while ordering. The surprise gift from their side on the order served like an icing on the cake!
