I had an amazing first-time experience ordering a Birthday cake for my friend from Bakingo. The order was fulfilled at the mentioned time. However, it will be helpful if the preparation time was also mentioned since few cakes took longer time due to the longer making time.
I would say it was great overall. Thank you Bakingo.

2 stars just for the cake. From past few times delivery was not being made on time. No information on delay or delay reasons are provided until support staff is contacted. Support staff just never replies to one message. Multiple messages or chasers are to be sent. This is the 3rd time of dissatisfaction consecutively that I have written this review.

Hi there,
I placed an order for Red Velvet Cake of 1.5 Kgs with clear instructions about the message on the cake.
I even had a chat via live help and called customer care to reiterate the requirement so that there are no screw ups.
To my HORROR, they just did that.
The Cake delivered was 1 KG & 0.5 KG separately and the message needed was split into half for each of the cakes. This is highly disappointing and frustrating as a customer. The cake was supposed to be delivered during the late hours i. E. between 11-12 AM but was delivered much sooner by 10-11 PM, the cake delivered was slightly cracked apart with the icing and the taste turned out to be totally not fresh.
I'm going to ensure this review is shared everywhere so that everyone is aware and cautious before ordering from Bakingo!

Bakingo is one of the best for buying cakes. Quality and Quantity is excellent. Price is affordable. Taste is yummy and delicious. Recommended to friends and family.

Ordered a chocolate cake, it has an amazing taste. Made full of chocolate, after eating it dissolves like anything.

Bakingo provides variety of options for cakes as well as pastries along with that some essentials. Fresh cakes with very good taste. They give delivery on time.

If you want to ruin your party or any event these are the best guys. I had ordered a cake for my 2 yr old baby 3days well in advance costing 2700/-. It was supposed to be delivered by 3pm in the noon on the event date, but these guys never attempted to attend the calls irrespective of calling them 60-70 times. They were simply rejecting the calls or left unanswered. The entire event of 2 yr toddler was spoiled... and in the last minute we couldn't manage to get new cake. After everyone left and the cake has finally arrived around 9:46 pm in the night, it was fully smashed didn't come in proper shape and the picture presented on the website and the cake in real was horrible! Special instructions which I mentioned, the message was not applied. Overall it's a terrible experience! After 4 days they attended our call and were provided very irresponsible statements! PATHETIC SERVICE!

I have ordered pinata cake for my kid birthday. My order number is *******. It was my big mistake ordering from bakingo. The outlook of the cake is good, but the cake inside is spoiled and worst taste. It completely spoiled the birthday. The cherries used are spoiled one and the cream is sour.
