This is a scam. They asked me to run a credit check, and then said they aren't sending me order. On top of it I was charged for my order and I never received a refund. Stay away.
Product description matches the received product! Not my experience on Vestaire! If it says very good condition it will be very good condition. You dont have to examine every picture for flaws.
This bag is so pretty! The colors are beautiful and the texture is incredibly luscious! I love it so much!

The ceramic Michelle watch was listed as "gently loved" but it looked PERFECT to me. Absolutely love it and it was an amazing price and super quick shipping.

I did an impulse buy on a LV Cluny MM in black. Yes, this will be my first time using Bag Borrow or Steal. I was beyond nervous. Then read the reviews, right (It was backwards, I know). I decided to call the customer service number to test out what others have mentioned in their reviews. I dialed the number the phone rang about 4 times and I felt sick until she picked up. I explained my concerns to the lady that I had based on the reviews. She wasn't a bubbly type person (even keel) but not rude or disrespectful yet she asked me a few questions on the time frame I choose for delivery. She didn't ask for my name or the item I selected but I didn't mind (odd).
I received the appropriate emails, the welcome email then the confirmation email when I made the transaction. I was looking for the email stating we had a "problem" with the sale, no email had come. In that email was a tracking number, I called it and followed the process.
On the date they stated the item will arrive, it did (signature required). My box was light unsure if the item was in there or just plastic. I was blown away with the item, the photos on their site was exact to the bag I received. The serial number was the same. It was much better than I expected. I was beyond pleased with the bag.
The customer service can improve (give more excitement to the customer) but overall a good experience and will be a repeat buyer.
It was an easy transaction and I received my Gucci bag within an couple days. I absolutely love the bag and I have order other bags from BBS and it has been a wonderful experience.

We do find it unfortunate when we have to cancel an order, but we do not charge the credit card until we ship the order.
When the customer places an order, we authorize the card for the amount. If the order is cancelled, we simply void the authorization. The customer may see the transaction as pending until the authorization is voided.
If the customer uses a credit card, they will not see anything on their statement since the transaction was never processed so there will not be a charge or a refund. If the customer used a debit card, their bank may take a few days to release the funds the bank held to complete the transaction once the authorization is voided.
