No response after 12 days

It's been 13 days since I ordered and sent them emails when my order is going to be shipped, No response. I'm afraid if this is just a scam. When I checked to make a copy of my order all emails from Baer was deleted.

I bought me and my wife a hoodie came out to almost 200$. I waited the 14 days like it's said and nothing. I tried emailing them says my email will not go through. I've tried texting them on the web site and nothing. Save your money because it's a scam.

Zipper is wrong

In the u s, the zipper should be on the right hand sidefor males. So that when you zip it up, you're using your right hand this one is mounted as if it was made for a female, and the zipper is on the left hand side.

Love the Hoodie

The hoodie is great and seems like it will be very warm this winter. Comfortable and stylish with draw string, cinch straps and pockets galore! The only disappointment was the length of time it took to arrive. Worth the wait though.

We used double napped 330gsm Baerskin Fleece for our product, as this gave us the greatest weight-for-comfort ratio. It is able to retain heat without being too bulky.

My wife purchased this hoodie for me for Christmas. It arrived late, which was not a big deal, but it did not fit so we returned immediately. She followed return instructions to the letter of the law including UPS in it and we have a Signature that it was received. Company claims they never received it and refuses to give a refund. Worst experience ever!

We understand that you were not able to receive your product in time for Christmas, and when you found out did not fit well, your wife returned the product immediately.

However, even after following the instructions carefully, she was informed that the product was never received on our end, and as of writing here, a refund was never issued back her account.

This is definitely not something that we would like for our customers, and we hope you would both give us a chance to turn things around.

Awful shipping time and zips on the wrong side
April 12, 2023

This was supposed to be an anniversary gift for my husband, but was received 2 weeks AFTER our anniversary even tho ordered over 2 weeks prior to it. Had I realized it was being shipped from China I never would have ordered it. Additionally, as soon as my husband tried it on, we realized that it zips on the wrong side! It zips as if it's on a woman's jacket, not on the left side like a man's! I definitely wouldn't have purchased it had I known this. It's nice material and fits well, love the pockets, but this very poor attention to detail is really annoying. And reading reviews that the zipper falls apart after being washed gives me even less confidence in the hoodie. For $89, supposedly 60% off, I'm highly disappointed and would NEVER purchase it again at that price, or ANY price, let alone over $200 full retail. I had thought I might get these for our 4 sons and son-in-law for Christmas this year, but it would be a joke of a gift.

We must admit that shipping time has been one of our main weaknesses in the past months. Luckily, we have found alternative transportation solutions, and we expect things to improve soon. We would just like to clarify that we have warehouses all around the world, and we always try to send the products from the warehouse located nearest to the you.

Beware! Just don't do it!

Don't waste your money and TIME with this company! Here's why:
1: I ordered this hoodie on 11/28/22 as a Christmas present for my husband. Their site claims it will arrive in 10 to 14 days from time of order. It took 44 days! Turns out it is manufactured and shipped from China. Multiple emails sent asking for the reason of the delay, asking to cancel the order and refund, but would just get generic emails back offering a 20% discount on my next order. No thanks!
2: The zipper is oriented for a female. It's the first thing my husband noticed when putting it on.
3: It's a fleece jacket with extra pockets. My husband notices NO difference in warmth than just wearing a regular cotton hoodie that we can pick up at Wal-Mart for 15 bucks.
I don't recommend. Customer service is sub-par. Product is VERY pricey for what it is. And don't expect for them to have any sympathy when you don't receive it as their website states.
No, I didn't send it back because it was worth the money I spent on it not to have to deal with them ever again.

We understand that your order arrived past the stated delivery timeframe, and when you tried to cancel the order, your request was not granted. Additionally, it seems that you were not pleased with the zipper and it did not keep you as warm as you would have liked.

We must admit that we have had slight delays in processing and shipping orders in a timely manner in the past months. We have been severely underprepared for dealing with the increase in demand for our products. We have made some changes, and we expect things to improve soon.

We would like to clarify that our products are indeed manufactured in China. However, as for where they are shipped from - we have multiple warehouses all over the world, and when a customer places an order with us, we ship from the warehouse nearest to their location.

Regarding the zipper, we would like to inform you that our product was designed in Europe, where zippers are usually positioned on the left side. That's why it might seem a bit unusual. However, it is not an indication of a defect, or that our product is made for women.

As for the material used for our product, we used a 330gsm BÆRSkin™ double-napped fleece. It retains heat but remains light and packable, so you can bring your hoodie with you conveniently everywhere.

Ordered 4 hoodies on 10-30-2022 paid 344.80 total. Got an auto-email saying order was received. Heard nothing until 11-17-2022 when I received
2nd email they were sending product from China! I thought was made in America or Europe! From 10-30 to 11-17 2022 I was concerned.
Called phone number for Baerskin listed on Better Business Bureau. Called twice. Second time waited for 30 minutes. No response. Could not
Contact company thru several emails to cancel order. No response. On Nov 18th got an email from MyNuve saying order was shipped? Who is MyNuve?
I tried to email back to stop order. Finally got an answer on Nov28th saying I couldn't cancel order it was already shipped. I received product on Nov30.
I shipped back next day unopened and emailed MyNuve telling them so. Got an auto email Dec6th asking how I liked product! When I answered I had send
Product back unopened I was contacted Dec7 asking where. When I said I had returned to sender, I got this email back from MyNuve-------

It is stated in our Terms on the website (Section 13) that we can only accept packages if sent to the address we provide, and if they have been pre-paid.
Therefore unfortunately we are not able to assist you any further in this matter, we are sorry for this inconvenience.

When it comes to our customer support, we're sorry to hear that you waited longer than expected for a response. We had an increased demand for our products, which also affected our response rate. However, I am happy to inform you that our team has recently expanded and therefore we expect better results in this aspect very soon.

Regarding the delivery and return of the package, let me kindly explain to you that from our warehouse, the package must go through several customs. After clearance, a carrier will bring it to a postal sorting facility. Finally, a local carrier operating in your area will pick it up and bring it to your door. Therefore, the address you see on your package isn't the address to our return center, nor is it the address to the warehouse of origin. It's the address to one of those facilities where your package stopped along the way.

If you were to send the items back to the address you see on the package, you would end up sending them to some shipping company's warehouse. The people working there wouldn't know whose package that is and what to do with it and the items would never arrive back to us. That's why we always advise customers to contact us before returning the package so that we can provide them with the right information about our return center. I'm sorry for this inconvenience you experienced since you returned the package without contacting us before that.

Be weary of doing business with Baerskin Hoodie.

I ordered two hoodies a month ago and I'm still waiting for delivery. I've emailed asking for information on delivery with no response as of yet. After reading the reviews here I'm now confident this site is a full on scam and I am now out $200. Kudos to whomever owns Baerskin Hoodies you conned us all… if you actually made and sold what you advertised you would have one helluva product. I'm more than willing to update this review if and when the hoodies I ordered ever show. As of now I do not recommend doing business with this company.

I ordered in early December and received tracking info a couple of days later, but the hoodie never arrived. Tracking keeps saying processing in the facility.

Send a couple of emails but NADA! Looks like I got scammed! Shame shame!

This tactical hoodie shows everywhere, I guess they have a great marketing team, yet they don't really care for customer servicer.

I received a hoodie as a Christmas gift and unfortunately the sizing was wrong. These hoodies seem to have a large fit to them so I need at least a size or two down. I have been attempting to contact their customer service for over two weeks and I have received no reply.

Got the wrong size

Contacted customer service and they were super helpful. They are going to send out the right size free of charge. Heck they even told us to keep the other one. Hoodies seem super legit and customer service was quick to respond. I will be ordering a few more hoodies for gifts during the holiday season. Bearskin is a legit company.
