I purchased two of these hoodies but they were too big, I read on customer reviews that you should size up for good fit., I contacted customer service to exchange these for a smaller size. Instead of returning the large hoodies, they just sent me two more hoodies of the correct size. Thank you so much, I absolutely love these hoodies.

Very attractive jacket but the zipper broke after about a months ownership rendering the jacket useless.

I ordered 2 hoodies but each one was made differently. One had a right hand zipper the other a left.
The zipper is on backwards the hoodie is so loose on my I can almost swim in it and yes I chose the right size, however since this is made in China it is very low quality and sizing is off.

Built for a body like a box. Even if I was barrel chested, this hoodie is bulky. It was very warm and wind resistant, but the seams began to come apart after 6 weeks. Completely unwearable after 3 months.

Broke it in during deer season. Wore it in the blind as an exterior layer. Wind and chill - no problem. Great jacket. The only concerns I fear is the zipper will not last as long as the hoodie and when I'd like to zip it up to just a few inches short, the collar pokes me under the chin.

My husband bought it for me (he has two) and it is super cozy. Customer support was awesome. He ordered the wrong size by accident so they sent me a new one at no charge and allowed me to keep the other one which we gave to a friend and now she wears it all the time.

So far I have ordered two for myself and one for my wife. I accidentally ordered the wrong size for my wife (large instead of small…don't do that) and they were kind enough to send a new one at no charge. Very good customer service.
I found that when i was putting the hoodie on the sleeves would drag against the clothing underneath making it harder to put on, also i found the wind protection was not as good as i was led to believe i think it needs some kind of lining

Let me kindly remind you that it has adjustable cuffs on the sleeves, an elastic bungee cord on the waist, and an elastic bungee cord on the hood - all designed to keep the wind out.
Our designers made the fit a bit looser because our customers occasionally want to wear another layer of clothing underneath for extra warmth on cold winter days. However, we understand that people have different needs and that our products are not always the best choice for every customer.

Ordered the BaerSkin Tactical Hoodie 3.0, and received it after being shipped from China.I opened the package, put the hoodie on, and took the dog for a walk. In less than 30 minutes, the left waist drawstring came undone and the string just hung there, rendering the drawstring unusable and just a string.
For the money you pay for this hoodie, the quality is questionable at best. I have emailed the support address five times with NO response. I tried calling the phone number on the website, but the number just rings and no one answers. Customer service absolutely is nonexistent. I can not recommend BaerSkin Tactical for anything, do not be swindled by this "company".

First, we would like to clarify that we have warehouses all around the world, and we always try to send the products from the warehouse located nearest to the you.
As for your concern, we do our best to ensure that our customers' issues are immediately attended to. However, due to the high volume of emails and orders we have been receiving lately, we must admit we have been severely underprepared in handling them. That's why there have been some slight delays in both the shipment of orders and response to emails.
We have already partnered with a new shipping company and simplified our Customer Support procedures, as well as added more agents to our team to make sure that our customers receive timelier responses to their concerns.

Cant review the product because it has never arrived! Three months ago i ordered this. I will wait a few more weeks then cancel through credit card company. I contacted them and they got back to me right away. Said the package has become lost. I applied of a refund via Paypal

I ordered two hoodies. They sent one. I wrote to the Stephanie that's writing to everyonein here and nothing, I called and nothing, and wrote emails to support and nothing, I'll be taking legal action if I don't received what I paid for. It's decent at the "sale price" of $110, with that said it is a severe disappointment compared even to the jackets/hoodies found at Walmart. It's immensely outclassed by similarly advertised apparel (Northface, Arc'teryx, UFPro, Cry Precision, etc.) at the "normal price" of $300. I would never recommend any of their products knowing that the quality is vastly inferior to other, more reputable brands. I wish I could get my money back, but I believe that people should live with and learn from their mistakes. It was absolutely a financial blunder on my part. I could've bought a full tank of diesel, but decided to waste my money on a hoodie that seems as though it was made by 10 year old Chinese sweatshop workers. I would much rather be seen wearing my old UCP class Cs than this.

I just ordered from this company on Sept28,2023 they charge me twice and refuse to refund the money. There are no customer service reps. They keep sending the same e- mail about someone getting back to me no one does. This company stole money from me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
