We understand that you expected more protection from the wind when it comes to our hoodie. Let me kindly remind you that it has adjustable cuffs on the sleeves, an elastic bungee cord on the waist, and an elastic bungee cord on the hood - all designed to keep the wind out. We are sorry to hear that you didn't find this feature of the product the same way.

Let me just assure you that our designers intentionally made the fit a bit looser because our customers occasionally want to wear another layer of clothing underneath for extra warmth on cold winter days. However, we understand that this doesn't work for you and we are sorry about that.

Regarding your product, we understand that it was too small for you and it was not as warm as you would have liked. Should you do business with us again in the future, we would like to let you know that we offer easy exchange and return processes, as long as you contact us shortly after receiving your product. Lastly, based on the date you placed your order, it seems that you received the old version of our product, where the zipper was on the left side. The reason for this placement is because our product was designed in Europe, where zippers are usually positioned that way.
