I submitted measurements that were not quite accurate. Very helpful support staff helped me get the correct size. Coat is ideal for winter. Very warm and lightweight at a good price. And all those pockets. I could not be more pleased
1 year ago I bought the best fleece money can buy. I bought 2 actually, they are my go to when it gets really cold. High quality! I will buy one for my brother.
I gave this to my husband for Christmas and he loves it, all the little pockets were so exciting for him.
After a couple of attempts and not getting the color I wanted and also having one sent in the wrong size I received a couple of replacements. One of the replacements the stitching was incomplete on the inside pocket on the right hand side and I received another replacement for that. Found out yesterday that the left hand pocket stitching is incomplete on the replacement. It is a much smaller error than the other one but it is still low in quality control for these garments. Customer service has been great in providing replacement garments but I'm not gonna bother with trying to get a replacement for this one.
Ok it to 10 days to arrive from the US to the uk, but I now know it's worth the wait, it fits well, and very warm keeps the wind out.
The hood elastic adjusts have become detached from inside the lining but not a big deal.
Hoodie was as described on website, Zipper was sewn a little off line whuch kaes it difficult to use.
Initially incorrect colour was ordered and immediate request to change colour was sent before it had been picked or packed. This could not be corrected BUT Baerskin did resolve the matter after a number of emails and provided correct colour at no extra cost which was very pleasing. That is good customer service.
Hardly wear it the fleece is matted didn't last very long seems to be a cheap product they can do better.

In comparison with traditional fleece which develops little bubbles after the first few wears, making the product look old, worn, cheap & tacky; the anti-pill fleece is of better quality and ensures longer-lasting. I wear this often. I am outside about 4-6 hrs a day and have not been cold yet. Wind proof and warm. Plenty of pockets and room

The jacket is not any warmer than a regular sweatshirt. I would have definitely shipped it back, took about 5 weeks to receive. It is made in China and shipped from there. Shipping returns are not free, would have cost $30.00 to ship it back. I was afraid of not getting a refund it who knows when, wasn't worth what I paid for it. The commercials are not true for Missouri weather, maybe for China.

My husband loves this hoodie! He goes on and on about all the pockets every time he wears it! It's very well made and functionally designed. I gave it only 4 stars because I'm not that fond of the material which isn't as soft as I'd expected, and also because I barely got it in time for Christmas last year and spent weeks anxiously waiting for it.

I've had many hoodies with many promises of satisfaction that did not happen. This hoodie kept all the promises. Excellent product.
The hood requires a drawstring so hood will stay in place. Left breast pocket too shallow and requires a larger opening. Side pockets could be deeper

It really keeps the cold weather out. It is a comfortable hoodie. Made to last. I highly recommend.
The advertising suggested wind and water proof - thats probably a bit optimistic. - with that its not as useful as hoped while on boats. But its nice and warm to sit around in for the evenings - so ok - not as advertised tho.

I waited over 30 days for delivery of this hoodie. If I'd realized they were shipping from mainland China, I would not have ordered the hoodie. It's like there's no inventory in the US. You have to place your order with no warning of how long it will take and then begin wondering when your order will show up! The hoodie is a decent product, but I won't buy again until fulfillment is corrected.
About the hoodie itself:
A. Material and construction are first rate.
B. Hoodie provides excellent "medium" warmth; not "windstopper" material however.
C. Reverse the front, main zipper pull from left side of garment to right side of garment. That's the convention for men's clothing in North America.
D. Give us a better way to shape the hood by shrinking the volume of hood in back. As it stands now, you can use drawstring to reduce opening for face, but too much material left to "balloon" at back of hood which eventually slides forward to obstruct periphreal vision.
E. Delete the silly visor on the hood! It's too small to provide any shade for the eyes or shield you from rain and it makes the hood look ugly

I find I still need layers underneath my baer skin hood. Honestly I bought a hoodie at Giant tiger for $ 40 Canadian and it is more temperature sound for our climate. For the price of the baer skin I'd likely not get another. It's nice but not to the quality I was led to believe.
