Don't use Baboo or Bumble very risky and when there's a problem they won't answer it do not buy any bear products look at more reviews people get Blocked and they will not explain why your account is blocked it's left wide open for anybody who wants to be in big fictive to all the people who are just trying to get by we will find out the hard way that is if you don't want to talk to someone at the bottom of the list it will say not interested but a lot of these people are not doing that that's taking any of the other in the list reporting it and then you get blocked. Be very careful with this site it's a con bumble is the same about the same grease so I can get blocked on one you'll get blocked on both keep digging for more answers on the net

Scammers

Subscribed with them for 1 month. A few days later found a charge on my PayPal for premium services which were never ordered or provided. Asked for a refund, which was promised ( thus they admitted fraud with a charge), but never issued.

Stay away!

Big debit criminals

I was on Badoo for over a year and recently took a break and got back on it yesterday. I was on the site for 48 hours until they deleted my account. Why? Because a kid, who is 20, was constantly sending me messages whenever I was online and he was whining like a boy if I didn't give him attention. After so long, I told him to basically leave me alone and the next day I found out that Badoo destroyed my account. I'm in my 30s and I wasn't bothering the boy, he was the one who was harassing me and I ended up getting punished for "discrimination against age" bc he can't man up and take a hint that I'm not interested! Badoo is siding with the f**ked up generation, disgusting! I do not recommend this site to people who are looking for a serious relationship.

We can assure you, however, that you are more than entitled to close off contact with somebody you are no longer interested in communicating with. To delete a Message, Match, Visitor or Favourite, it's possible to just open your connections menu and swipe from left to right on the user you wish to delete. If you feel like another user has breached our Community Guidelines, or is making you feel uncomfortble, our users are entitled to report their profile. We will then investigate the matter and decide whether further action needs to be taken.

Your own account was blocked for being in violation of our Guidelines. Our moderators may also have taken appropriate action against another user that you have made contact with, but please note, we are unable to disclose any personal information about other users. I only touched my screen and next thing it said I had subscribed to premium. No mention of payment whatsoever. Just touched my screen scrolling down and that happens. I have immediately reported to my bank. I will be reporting you to many other companies too! This is appalling. Such a disgusting scam

The charged my Paypal NOK 999.99 without reason. Customers service is a joke. They have excuses that are bull$#*! and prewritten, I subscribed to Badoo a short period in 2015, and 5 years later they suddenly charged me NOK 999.99 (USD 108,-). They will not refund me and Paypal is no good either. And they have not given me the service in Badoo they STOLE my money for either.

I've found lots of reviews in Thrustpilot and Google Play where users tells about similar instances. Badoo is ripping people off!

I've created 'FB/Dissapointed Badoo Users' for users to unite. The goal is to work upon Paypal and other transaction providers to boycott Badoo. Please unite!

Today it is my first use of your badoo site then as it is my first use, I wanted to test then I made a purchase of 2 euros which was buy and confirm by myself, but unfortunately after I checked my PayPal account and the... the surprise I see that you have debited from my account 3 other subscriptions that I did not authorize or confirm please reimburse me 141.98 euros... Over charged

Charged $60 for unknown reason over the subscription price. Hidden costs. App quite hard to use. Once paid up you are supposed to buy credits if you want to message. Complete ripoff.

Wow. Worst dating site ever. 60 % fake profils. Couple of dollars just to send a message (sometime u can free 1% of the time) u get random messGe that someone want to chat but its sending it to 100 000 personne at sme time. Illegal charge on credit card sometime 3 in a row. Its just crap. They are still present becaus they pay millions in publicity. But its just legal scam. Abd they will respond that there sorry for bla bla bla. Imagine how many people think the same as us here but not writing review...

Used to love this site but now it's full of catfish and they don't seem to do anything about it.

Some send me d*** pictures which I do report and they get blocked, but always seem to come back and find me again.

Do you actually do anything abo it catfish?

Do you report them to police if they have done things wrong, for instance sending d*** pics, especially if they're in the uk? - it's one question that's always played on me, as your site is full of them.

My account was blocked due to my gender being trans. Its a horrible site. By far the worst of any dating site. They canceled my premium also because Im trans. All I did was declare in my profile I am trans, because people did not know from my pictures and I was trying to be transparent (no pun intended). They sent NO warnings. Just blocked me. I sent a discrimination complaint to them, and they have not responded.

Scam Artists

My fiancee and I NEVER heard of Badoo until charges were made on her bank account. She had to cancel one card, and get a new one recently. Now, there was ANOTHER charge made. So they some how have her BANK ACCOUNT information. We are looking into how to sue these people. We emailed them the first time, they said they'd handle it. We live on small income as is...
So it's not right they keep charging her account, ESPECIALLY since we never heard of the site to begin with.
If you are USING Badoo, leave now, before they take YOUR money. These fools need to be SHUT DOWN!
They are CRIMINAL
I'd give NEGATIVE STARS if I could!

Hei, don't use badoo, I ve been decent user, single mom and suddenly kicked out and I contacted support but never came any exact answer. I asked for copy of what I ve done wrong, but account deleted. Really bad support, def not suggesting.

I was told that for premium service I was supposed to pay some 7 dollars/7 days and for buying one lot of credit about 17 dollars and it was indicated by message that If I needed to buy more credit they will ask for my approval and send me a message. I kept on using it and my credit kept on getting added even though I really really did not want it. I never knew that they will be deducting the amount from my credit card automatically without seeking my permission. But today when I checked my account just within 6 days time they had deducted 240 dollars from my account without my permission. I know they will reply saying sorry this is as per our terms and you did not check them properly and so on... In this difficult times such a high value just for 6 days usage is unbelievable.
Very few girls will reply you in-spite of your good profile and pictures. Otherwise how will they earn money from customers? They are very fake. I know they will never refund me the amount not even 60 percent of the amount. If they do so I will be the first to declare this again over here...

If you have not already contacted us, please do so and our team will be able to look into a refund for you, but if you have already been in touch and our team were not able to refund you on this occasion, we do apologise.

Regarding getting responses to your messages, if you're not sure why people aren't getting back to you, it might be due to the content of your message and therefore it may be beneficial to try another approach. To potentially increase your reply rate, we recommend that you try to be more creative and use something that will catch a user's attention. For example, rather than copying and pasting the same message to everyone you like, read their profile first, see what they're into and send an appropriate message. Additionally, don't forget to add pictures of yourself of the best possible quality.

For some reason, I have been charged for Badoo premium even after I deleted my account in May 2018.
I have been charged 25 x £17.99 which is in total shocking £449.75. I didn't have any idea that this was happening until today because I was wondering what is this transaction from Social online paym.
When I reach to them and told them what happened to me they just told me that there is nothing that they can do for me and that I'm a liar!

Terrible

Badoo is pretty terrible. I hardly EVER swipe right on any of the women I see on here. If you could imagine all of the unattractive women you come across in real life, they're basically all on Badoo. Chunky, plain, ugly, low value women in tight clothes, taking selfies in bathrooms, bedrooms, backyards full of broken kids' toys. Makeup caked on. Snapchat filters. Profiles complaining about all the unemployed fk-boys who message them. A ton of, "Stay-At-Home-Moms," on here. Yeah. Just stay away...

This site is full of $#*!, this site just a cone, they say is free but is not, this is first and last time of my life have been cone, I had to pay £14.49 in order to use thire services but absolutely $#*!, it should be free, but by mistake I clicked on top up, I was trying to come out of the $#*! but it did cost me another £14.49, and they won't refund me my money, I don't how and why they did take third payment of £14.49 but I did manage to get it back from the thieves, please ladies and gentlemen don't be stupit and pay for it or even thinking to join.
