Sizes don't match size guide on site at all. The material doesn't look like picture. Very disappointed.

I am writing this as simply someone who has been following the brand for awhile and how unprofessional they are. They spam other brands who have the same product as them to shop their website instead. Recently, they are experiencing delays in shipping and said that they take 5 days to process and they will block or cancel any order that is unprofessional or rude. But that's exactly what they do to other companies. I can not support a company like this at all and do not agree with anything they are doing.
Order from Baddieville with caution. I bought one dress to try them out and it took forever to get it. I bought on the 13th and didn't receive anything until the 29th. Once the dress came (size M), it looked like a toddler's dress.
I was under the impression that it was a midi dress of good quality and I was VERY wrong.

Emailed customer service multiple times and sent a DM on instagram to let them know that a shirt I ordered broke without even using it once, I sent proof and they got back to my DM only because I left a comment on one of their posts, and they proceeded to say that they would send a return label and never did - this was in August 26,2020, and still no reply or return label. Really bad customer service!
