Called the 800 number and Ashley was the best help I've experienced in a long time. Over the past weekend I was on the phone with "in the swim" for over an hour, no thanks!

Placed order with no issues. Hopefully you will provide a shipping and tracking number. It would be helpful if you could predict a shipping date upon placing order

Order arrived on time that was promised, and delivered in good shape. I saw some low reviews for this business but this was a simple order without problem. I am satisfied with this order.

It will cost me $100 to send back on something I paid $210 for. I was going to send this one back and get a bigger unit CC150 *******, but I won't take that chance again.

Loved the fact that we paid no shipping and it was easy to find what I was looking for.

Received the item but the bulb was shot and we had to purchase another one this added to our cost!

The Light is small and must return and get the standard size.

Male end of the hose was a little tight putting it in the existing hose that was in the pool but I got it to work and all is well. Price was great half of what a pool store would charge.

Any idea of how long until it will arrive? Hot tub is circulating constantly, but obviously not heating...and it is cold outside. This took way to long to arrive.

I really appreciate being able to view most of the manuals for the parts to get a better idea of the specs, capacities, and installation; much better than competitors!

Lowest price I could find on this item. I just wish they had notified me it had shipped. I had to go to their web site to find that out. Other than that, I'm very satisfied.

I kept getting a message that shipping info was a problem but finally got all info re-entered and order processed.
Order was received in a timely manner and contents were in good condition.

So far so good, now lets see if it gets to the house undamaged.

Pentair changed the inlet and outlet size from 1.5 inch to 2 inch. However, Backyard pool superstore did not advise me. No worries, I was able to install the pool filter.

I ordered the wrong part but was unable to reach get through the 800 number provided to find out the return process. I called numerous times but the line was always busy.

I wish you offered ability to buy using credit card with different bill/ship to address. I also wish you offered different shipping options (ex: 2 day, ground). Really good prices. Will buy again.
