Easy to use. And easy to buy from. After receiving my order the part is damaged. I have sent photos of the damaged part in order to get a return tag. Now I'm waiting for a response to get a replacement part I can use! I EXPECT AN ANSWER BY WEDNESDAY 5/25.

The robotic pool vacuum I ordered was received in perfect shape although the box it arrived in was a bit battered. It works just as describe so far. I am happy with this purchase.

The pool light I ordered arrived not working. The return process has bee slow, but steady. I have no complaints with the service; too bad the product was defective.

Order went smooth. I like the reorder feature in account history. This order just like my last 2 went very well. Super fast delivery, about 48 hours after order.

Record the wrong size; but they immediately shipped the corrected shipment with a return label to send back the incorrect size filters. Great customer service!
