Easy enough, hope it ships fast and arrives in perfect condition.
I received the order in good condition but have not installed yet so don't have a full assessment.

Disappointing that a lot of items are out of stock. Otherwise easy to order and good price. The delivery was fast enough considering standard shipment method and COVID-19.

It sucked waiting at house for delivery with signature verication under 300$! It was 3rd attempt had to take off work to be home for UPS! WTF I would have order from Amazon for another 15$ than take off afternoon to wait for delivery attempt that I almost missed!

I am so old school online shopping takes me forever & I have to keep my fingers crossed I just ordered the right part & if i'm wrong returning won't be a nighmare!

Not a 100% happy with product yet! Fell over on its side several times and couldn't get back up...made a modification by placing the floats by unit and may have helped! We'll see!

Easy shopping and great prices. They had the best price on the LaMotte ColorQ Pro7 Pool Water Testing Kit. And we love this testing kit, so easy to use and it saves us going to the local pool store to have water tested.

Quick & easy. Needed new hose for our AquaCritter as the previous Owners did not have the correct hose. Great prices as compared to those local pool stores. Delivery was on time.

Best price but lack of the ability to expedite the shipping is a real problem. When the pool is down because the filter needs replacing, you need it fast. Would have paid for 2 day shipping.

Seems quick and painless! Order was delivered with 2 of one product Mary at cust serv. Was very helpful and as soon as i got off phone fed ex dropped off the right second product. Magic?!

Unit doesn't work. Only did about a 3' diameter around the pool. I have a 27' diameter round. Took 2 large pool settings to do that. I am returning to manufacture and they are sending replacement

I needed one belt, 30.00 just seems a little pricey for such a small belt.But it's just not like you can go down to the store and buy one. And I get it parts are expensive.Thanks

No problem to this point, but cardboard packaging for the pool pump (50 lbs.) was not very sturdy. The box arrived in quite torn up condition, but pump seemed to be ok.

Was expecting entire basketball goal system. Not just Rim for $266. I have contacted customer service to return product but have yet to receive a return address to be shipped and refund.

Delivery was quick, package wasnt broken. We havent opened it yet since it was a fathers day gift. But, he was very happy to have the best pool cleaner on the market.

If like to buy another pump but it's listed out of stock.

I also was unable to reach customer service on the phone I was on hold for a loong time but nobody ever answered and I gave up.

Took a little longer to arrive than I thought. I am hoping it is cyanuric acid because I put 3 lbs in my pool and it seems to have not raised the levels at all. Hmmm?

Couldn't find all I need on-line so called in and parts man was very helpful and found what I wanted. This was my first experience with Backyard Pool Supply Superstore. Thanks.
