Three times I left a message and an email asking for a paid invoice to be sent or emailed to me by PDF attachment. All of my requests HAVE BEEN IGNORED! No one ever answers the customer service phone!

Great prices, fast delivery. Overall very happy with service and with pool cleaner. It was easy to install just wish there were more hoses provided. Not long enough to reach other end of 30 ft pool.

The only thing I do t like is the return policy. If you receive incorrect item and have to mail it back the customer has to pay over $75.00 for shipping

Have owned Polaris in the past and found it to be a very good product. The price was good -- less than I paid several years ago for a more basic model. So far we love the new Polaris pool robot!

Good website. Good price. Delivered on time. The product is not OEM. I will have to see how long the hoses last in a pool environment. They are the correct size.

Thank you. We received our Polaris 3900 sport pool sweeper. We haven't opened the package or installed it yet. Waiting for our pool guy to get back from his holiday travels.

Item was poorly packaged- it was rattling around in a large box with almost no packing material. Item seems to be ok, but I have yet to install it.

Incredible, needed to replace my in ground pool pump, found the BEST price and the two day free delivery sealed the deal. Definitely keeping backyard pools on my goto list.

Good prices. Reasonable quick delivery. Would be better if they offered free delivery like other web sites, but even with cost of delivery their pricing was somewhat better than others.

Slow delivery, bulb broken, but good price and they shipped out the replacement bulb, which took another 4 or 5 days after the initial week to get the light fixture.

Needed a Hayward Super Pump Motor quickly and got it within days and at the lowest price I could find on the web! Fantastic service from beginning to end!
