Ok but your system is very slow. Also hard to get someone on the phone. In addition your sydtem puts you on hold "waiting the next customer service..." When the store is actually closed.

So far so good. I was told that this is a straightforward replacement for the Polaris PB4-60 so I hope that is correct. Have not hooked it up yet but looks like it will work.

The price on the stablilizer i am buying changed from the page to the cart. Started at 47.04 and in the cart its 49.62 Not so good especially since I have to pay for shipping!

The 100 ft cable one I bought from you through your direct site arrived packed box-in-box with styro peanuts etc.
The "50ft" one I bought from you through eBay because it was a better price arrived with the opened box packed in just a plastic bag.
The cable on that one was supposed to be 50' but it was actually short by more than 8', as finally determined by measuring the cable used to pull it through.
The short cable separated from the previous light cable we used to pull it through the conduit, before emerging at the panel. We thought it was snagged. It required excavation, significant electrical work and rerouting of the conduit sections not buried under concrete deck to find the cable end and complete installation without removing the new light that we had assumed was snagged. It was actually short at least 8', possibly 11-12'.
There is no telling how that happened and I do not believe it was knowingly sent short.
I would buy from you again, price and delivery time was great.
So far - So good! Haven't installed them yet. I orderd a pool light and spa light. Turned out I should have ordered two spa lights so I had to return one. RMA process seemed ok
