I don't understand why I have to pay for return shipping when the quality of the items are not what I expected. And 6 weeks for a refund is ridiculous

NIGHTMARE
November 26, 2014

NIGHTMARE. Ordered PJs for son 10/08/14. Received an adult coat. Called cust svc and told to PAY for return shipping and call them with that amount and they would refund me when they received item. Did all of the above, no refund (1st 2 calls, and on hold for more than 5min each time). 3rd call: where is my money? Cust service said they would issue my refund plus return ship. They credited me for shipping costs, but not for the PJs. Finally, today, Nov 26 I had to call again, wait 10 min hold and told they were crediting me for PJs and should show up in 2-3 business days. AWFUL cust service. Oh, and the PJs were out of stock! NEVER AGAIN.

Item purchased eyelet western blouse. Order Number J*******

Called for update about shipping ETA and the customer service is not that great.
Automated telephone service, transferred several times.

I spoke to 3 reps and then Tiffany customer service said could not look further into to when it would ship (she stated she unable to contact warehouse for when it would go out) she would not transfer me to a supervisor when asked and she took the time to explain to me that she has worked their longer than they (the supervisors) have - sounds like a possible promotion resentment problem.

OVERALL: I called to get info, but was not satisfied with the customer service I received and was not able to get anymore info than I had before the call and I felt the level of customer service needed to be improved.

My first order with this company and now it is my last, it is amazing how one conversation can make a person want to shop elsewhere.
I asked Tiffany to removed my name from future mailing list.

Email to back in the saddle

OK I am EXTREMELY disappointed with your company.

I ordered boots for my mom for a christmas present in NOVEMBER ahead of time (the suffolk boots 42 order#I*******) I have called numerous time to check on my order which says that it has been back ordered over and over again but yet it still has not arrived. Your potpurri answering service is horrible and no one could tell me where my package is! Finally was just notified I will not be getting anything from your company... OK First of all you could have called to inform me of this or let me know back in November so I could have bought her something else, I mean I did pay for a $250 pair of boots 2 months early for christmas and no one can help me?. And finally after hours of being on the phone I'm told sorry you just aren't getting anything... Seriously I don't know what kind of scam you are running here but this is a horrible company with horrible customer service. Thank you for ruining my christmas and please be expecting plenty of bad reviews from me.

And fyi you should take them off the internet so other people stop buying this fake item
