I have not gotten any response from customer service so can return this item as it does not fit. The cut is really tight across the back and could barely get my arms in it even though I ordered a larger size. The sleeves ended below my fingers so way too long.
While I admit that I should have taken more care with the size chart, the process of exchanging the garment has been less than optimal. I sent three emails over 1.5 weeks before I finally got a response then my chosen option from those suggested has been so far ignored (now heading for 3 weeks since the garment arrived). I was supposed to get details of how to pay for the shipping, hasn't happened. Never again.
Worst experience ever with online shopping. The dress I received was not as advertised. Supposedly cotton, more like block out curtain material, no cotton. I would never recommend this site and I certainly will never purchase from it again.
The tops I purchased are sooo cute but too small. You can not get a simple exchange or return. They have sent me 5 emails each time making an offer for me to keep the merchandise. Why would I keep what doesn't fit. Save your self the trouble and do not buy. They don't even have a customer service number because they are in China!
I contacted customer service, but they wanted me to pay for some club before they would accept my information about a return that I wanted to make. Now I am stuck with an unwanted product. The quality of the product was unacceptable. It was cheap and poorly made. I tried shopping with this company by buying one item, but based on my experience I will no longer even look at what they offer.
The clothes are cute and well priced, but just hope you don't have to exchange or return anything! The fees associated with both are outrageous! My mistake for not reading the fine print. I won't make that mistake again!
Everything I ordered was AT LEAST 2 sizes too small. Items that appear in the photo to be made of linen or cotton are actually made on a synthetic material that wont breathe. Photos are far more flattering than the product.
Took 3 weeks to receive. The sizing guide is not accurate on the dress I ordered. The fabric on the shirt was like what you get with costumes! When requesting return they made multiple offers to discount if I would keep, or gift card! The items don't fit, why would I keep. You pay for return shipping and must follow every instruction to get a refund that is supposed to take at least 8 days! Use PayPal to protect yourself.
Items on the website look attractive, communication was good re: the fulfillment of the order and shipping, items all arrived together and in a reasonable amount of time.
Returns are not free (postage is required by the customer). I've yet to find out how the return process works as I'm just initiating that process now.
Product was poorly made with no tags. Customer service was difficult. They finally promised return and never gave it. I had to file a dispute with the credit card and only after filing a lot of paperwork did I get a refund minus lots of bogus "fees"
Your sizing runs small and you need to order 2 sizes bigger than what chart says. You advertise easy refunds/returns yet I have now emailed twice and still no response in over a week. I see same clothes advertised with various companies so feel that this is a scam which I will report to Facebook and instagram if I don't get a response. I

The first order I placed took 7 weeks to arrive and totally missed Christmas. I was displeased with it and wanted to return at least one item because it was undersized. I ordered larger than usual, and the items all were undersized. I was given three choices of how to proceed and decided to accept a gift card and give them another chance. I must say the items came more quickly this time, but again everything is flimsy and undersized. I will not be doing business with this company again. The customer service was relatively helpful and courteous even though the merchandise is inferior.
I did receive my order. I wanted to return some items because they were too small. I had some one email exchange with customer service on how to proceed. But since a few days, I get an error message telling that the mailbox is disabled. Very disappointed. The quality of products is good but be sure you order the right size!
The dress quality was disappointing, but more importantly, it is not easy to find out how to make a return. I found the web form and filled it out, assured of a response within 48 business hours. However, it has been several days past that with no contact from you other than the generic review request. I wish that I had heeded the average 2-star reviews on your site. I just want to return this item to you and get a refund.
Extremely dissatisfied. My product never showed up. I placed the order on October 4. It's still sitting in international customs in Bloomingdale Minnesota and has been since October 7 according to your emails so what I buy again no not until I had received my product or I get a refund.
Like the other comments, there is no return policy. This is not explained at purchase! They drill you with questions about the why/how/what for the return asking for pictures, screen shots of the item ordered, etc. All of this is to stall issuing a refund. These overseas companies need to be flagged on Facebook and other sites so buyer know that there are risks, long delivery times, and zero return options because it costs too much to return the clothes. You will be robbed!
The clothing looks terrific but did not works out for me. I would have liked to know the sizing as it relates to hip measurements. Also, I didn't see any information on the fabric and laundry instructions of each item - and that's important, especially if you're buying clothing for traveling. I would also have liked a closer view of the shoulder seams and length of all the items, not just the ones where the model's stance allowed that to be obvious. If we're not tall and slender like the model, ordering the right style and fit is a mostly guesswork with fingers crossed.
I ordered four items, they processed my order right away, I received in the mail within days… unfortunately, none fit. Their sizes run small.
When ready to return my purchase, I carefully followed their return policy steps. The return is advertised as easy, but isn't! The process is complex, I have to pay shipping and the items go through an inspection process once received in their end. If they pass inspection then I'll get my money back. Also,2 other options in lieu of returning the items are available, the problem is that they'll get you, no matter what!

Surprisingly good response from customer service. I just could not figure out how to track the shipment which took a bit longer than I had hoped for. You get what you pay for, I guess. Pricing was budget friendly, quality about the same.
