Do not buy any clothing from this company. Sizing is incorrect, clothing does not look like what's in the ad & the material is cheap & nasty. The company does not have a registered ABN despite having a website stating "Australian official shop" They are not based in the USA either. They will tell you they will refund your money as long as the item is unworn, unwashed & label attached. My items had no labels attached. They say they'll refund you 30% & keep the clothing. When you complain further you"ll get 50% refund. Further complain & you'll get a final offer of 70% & keep the clothes. Stay away from this company! You won't get any money back.
I spent over 1/2 hour trying to return 2 items. I was unable to find any directions at first. When I finally got thru, I had to sign up to "Just Answer" who charged me $40 and didn't accomplish a thing. I'm just going to donate the items to Goodwill and hope someone can use them. Obviously, I'll never shop at Azzlee again.
I didn't expect much but I got less than I could have imagined. Don't waste your money - even if it isn't much. Whatever you pay, it's too much.
I ordered two blouses. They did not fit. I began the return request process, and they then sent emails offering to "make a deal" such as I keep the items and they refund 50%. The alternative being for me to pay for the shipping cost to return the items, which I did. After more back and forth, they finally gave me return instructions, which I followed. They never refunded my credit card, and they have not responded to my email requests asking about the refund. I feel ripped off.
The website says easy returns. NO that is not true. It took me three emails to find out the return address is in America, will cost a lot, will take ages. Azzlee offer you money to keep a garment that doesn't fit. The third offer was 70% of the cost which I reluctantly accepted and gave the item to the charity shop.
I ordered a pair of pants. A dress arrived. They were more concerned about getting to lower labels on the package than to making it right with me. And they kept asking me to do more and more to help them figure out what went wrong. NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY. And I have never received either the pants I originally ordered, or a refund. My advice: go to a legit company with good customer service! I've attached a photo of the dress--NOT at all a pair of pants!
After receiving a few of the things I ordered, I quickly realized that the clothing was not going to fit. United States size XL and China size XL are vastly different. Now I am needing to return for a refund and I am getting the run around.
AZZLEE charged my account for something I never ordered! In fact, I have NEVER done business with them due to them being in China! Merrick Bank found "due to the fact that you have done business with them before, we feel the charge is correct." I have NEVER done business with them so #1. I will not pay Merrick and #2. I will go on every social media site out there and destroy this company! Even my postal carrier told me "they tried to scam my mother also." Do NOT buy anything from this company! EVER!
I received my jeans today and I must say I love them. They are of great quality, the tracking communication was excellent, and they took only two weeks to arrive. I will definitely buy from them again.
The sizes vary with each piece of clothing—the size charts and product descriptions are very detailed. The prices are very reasonable. I've bought several essential pieces from Azzlee's website. The discounts are great too!
I ordered four shirts and spent $90, I received notifications that the package had shipped. The day it was to be delivered, I never got it. The package was NOT delivered to my house. It was delivered to someone else. Asslee had me contact USPS and place a claim on the missing package and I did. Post office called me stating sorry they lost my package. I then informed Asslee of that fact and asked to have to package reshipped or refund. I have been told by email from Asslee to take it up with USPS, they are not doing anything. Basically, I was blown off. I have never in my life heard of a company not resending the merchandise. So I'm out $90 and no shirts. Do NOT order from this company, god forbid your order gets lost!
The company advertises on Facebook "easy returns". I received a few items that don't fit and requested return information. I was sent an email asking for very detailed information about my returns, which I provided them. This is almost 4 days later and still no response on how to return these items.
I ordered 2 items that did not fit well nor were they high quality. I have been emailing them for a week (as they say on the website) to find out how to return them. No response. Can't find a phone #. Will never order again.
The pictures of the products on line have been completely doctored to make the products look like something they are not. I bought what I thought was a vintage distressed sweatshirt for my wife and I received a piece of junk that is worse than Walmart. Different color, different material, different print, it was a joke. Can barely get a return so took a gift credit and it doesn't work on their website and customer service will not respond.
Wanted a dress for a graduation party thought I would try this company, the graduation passed by and didn't get the clothes. They told me that one item was on back order so I said can you please send the rest for now. Then waiting again to get everything. Finally came and nothing fit me. Did not like the material. The tracking didn't work either. I asked where the clothes were coming from and never got an answer.
It has now been almost a month since I placed my order. The original tracking order was incorrect. Still not sure when my order will arrive. Their products are of good quality but delivery leaves much to be desired.
Great selection, only sizes are not US sizes. Took several weeks to arrive. Material was rather thin and see through and didn't give at all. Return took some time but I received money back after paying for shipping. Overall, not happy
Lots of choice. Hope I chose the right size; however, I'm still waiting for delivery. I got a message saying it was delivered, but tracking says it is in transit. I have contacted customer service so was told to give it a few more days.
Love the breezy style of the clothing and prices can't be beat! Everything I ordered came in a timely fashion and was as expected. Only drawback is two of the five items didn't fit/look great on me, so I opted to return them and learned there's no simple way to do it through the website. Returns involve several rounds of email communications with company reps (who were lovely, but still, who wants to write letters explaining why they feel something doesn't look great and then wait for approvals/shipping instructions?). Also, you have to pay for the shipping twice. I hope they can streamline this process so as to better compete with Amazon.com.
The quality of the clothing seems good but it is extremely difficult to return an item that doesn't fit. Other vendors have a much easier return system in place. I will be reluctant to order again because of this issue.
