Clothing was a huge disappointment, poor quality material and workmanship. Nothing looked like the pictures. Customer service took a very long time to let me know how to return. Will never order from this company again.
Quite unhappy with the product-material not as expected-sweater very skimpy and dress poorly made-did not return since already spent $10 for delivery and returning item would require another $10-would rather donate item to Goodwill
Not exactly like the top shown, Sizing way out, I'm small, chose Medium, Large or X large would have been better. Make it worse I purchased 2. Win some, lose some. Will be more alert when, and a big IF, if I shop on line again. Judi W.
Followed size chart and clothing still did not fit. Took at least 5 or more emails to get them to supply an address for a return - think they were trying to stall so that I'd be stuck with the merchandise. Will never order from them again.

Five out of six clothing items were sized wrong -- way smaller than advertised. One item was sized correctly but printed badly. Returns are too expensive to make the effort worthwhile. I have very expensive poorly made clothing. Don't buy this worthless junk!
I hate dealing with foreign distributors but never know till it's too late, then they charge you more for international fees and now i can't wear it or get a refund because in the meantime, someone has hacked my account
Thought I was buying in Australia. Items shipped from China and took almost 4 weeks. I feel these are poor quality, no stretch products. Very weird - patterns all appear to be printed/painted on. Customer service did reach out to see if items had arrived. Came using Aramex once hit Australian shores.
I ordered Very pleased with product...Was shipped wrong sizes on 2 pieces and the other 2 were TOO Small...I have reached out to them numerous times for a return and they do not respond. Was so hopeful to finally find Cute clothes at reasonable prices...Very Disappointed in their customer Service...
Fabric is very cheap. Items look nothing like their photo in their catalog. Thier policy is you must contact them for returns. I've tried three times and they will not respond. Will NEVER do business with this company again.
I revived my package five weeks after purchase.3 tops where too small. I tried emailing 5 times. They do not have a phone number. They would not refund my money. In the end offered me 30% back. Guess it's better than nothing. But poor customer service
Still have not received my purchase after ordering over 15 days ago. Tired of hearing excuses about pandemic causing problems with shipping, I should have been told that it would take this long. I wanted to wear this on vacation.
Firstly the three items arrived in 3 different sizes so only one fitted me. This was disappointing. They were pleasant enough and luckily I had 2 friends who could wear the other two. It was my first time buying clothes on line and maybe my last.
I have not received my order, it's been one month. I've emailed several times but response is vague, unable to talk with customer service representative. I'm concerned,they have charged credit card but no merchandise delivery!

Ordered 4/28, rec'd 5/10, requested size exchange 5/13. Very complicated exchange - option 1) pay $$$$ shipping 2) keep 5 items for $100 more (which I did.) Did not receive items till 6/23! Two whole months from original order.
After repeated emails had to settle for 50% refund. I'm don't like being held hostage to a company's inability to work with a customer. Giving me only one option is not user friendly. I will have to donate most of the order to a second hand store. Very disappointed about fit and returns.

It turned up, but did not deliver what is shown in picture. Really bad marketing ploy if expect to gain customer trust. This also makes it bad for other suppliers in gaining online shopping experiences. They should be banned as not a quality supplier.
This was actually a gift ordered by me Maureen for Sarah, it did take 3 weeks to be delivered. As far as I know it is working out for Sarah.

Lovely choices, easy to find. Would have liked to know what fabric each was made from and a hip size on the long shirts. Never found Customer Service contact information or would have returned at least one item.

Orders are processed quickly. Delivery is great. Only one thing, sizes in shirts is not consistent. The first I ordered fitted perfectly then the next were a little tight. Because you are an online company making sizes the same regardless of style (tapering in at waist changes comfort) would be better for consumers and making happy safe choices.
Ordering was a breeze and received it fairly quickly. Love the designs but sadly have to return them, their a little too small and are made with poor grade fabric. I will order for fall to see if they might be heavier fabric.
