Orders came on time and in good condition. Sizes are difficult to get right because they come in S, M, L etc rather than 6, 8, 10, 12 etc. It is not that easy to return Items. You have to get approval for a return by emailing their service dept. I am now waiting to find out how this will work. You do have to pay for the shipping on the returns.
I think every piece I bought needs to be washed by hand or a gentle cycle and line dried out of the sunshine. Pictures are very nice, the products not so much. Please include the type of fabric used in each garment, along with washing instructions in the description.
All but one top did not fit me. I used the sizing chart, and they were all too small.
Still waiting for the offered 50% refund.
Would like to re-order in larger sizes once I received my refund.

Waiting very impatiently for my order after 4 weeks. It was sitting in New Jersey for a week, they haven't answered my email asking about it. NOT HAPPY. I need these clothes soon for 2 events and should've just gone for an hour's drive to a dress store. :(
Do not buy from this company. They told me I would receive my order in 5 to 8 business days. It has been over a month. They do not respond when inquiring about an order. Terrible customer service, never again.
Have worn and washed this top 3 times. Washes great. Hang to dry no dryer! This is a gauzy material. I was a bit worried how it would wash. So far so good! Love the length. Not too long, but long & loose enough to cover a plump belly!
After paying for Expedited shipping, I received these products on about day 9. Not within the 3-7 days. The overall quality of the fabrics are cheap. The sizing chart is consistent throughout the pieces, and I ordered the same size, yet only one or 2 fit well. I will not be ordering from this company again. Pictures are quite deceiving..
Misleading information relating to internet address. Has.com.au but obviously is not Australian even though postage envelope has Australian address. Items must be returned at own cost to America with no guarantee of refund. They are not I tested in returns
I ordered 4 long sleeved tops. All the same size. What I got were all different sizes and one had a set in stain that is permanent. The shirts took a while to get here and I was happy they finally came as there's no guarantees these days. Sadly only one shirt fit correctly. It's not worth the trouble and expense to try and return the others. Disappointed but not too surprised.
Items were cute but material was thin and I needed to return. This brought a whole new set of problems. They want to send you 30% compensation or a gift card. I do not want either because I won't be shopping here again due to the poor customer service!
I received my item several weeks after ordering. The top was much too small, and it came too late to return and get a replacement. When I contacted customer service, none of the options were really acceptable. I ended up keeping an item that I cannot wear, while receiving a 30% of original price back on my card. Won't use this site again.
The shirts I first ordered was to small and the dress looked silly for my age. Rather than taking them back and sending a larger size and refunding the dress they offered me credit. I wish the fabrics used their clothes were more natural! Too much poly Hard to find 2 pieces I liked. Sorry ordered anything. Started in March, final delivery the end of May
I can't get a response for a RA # as I want to return everything. Pictures on line are cute but sizing is off, and the fabric is horrible, I fell for the scam, if it's too go to be true it is! I'll never order from this site or any site shipping from China again, Fool me once. So I'm out $80. I'm giving the crap clothes away.
This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered. Clothes didn't fit (were all too big) and of poor quality! When I tried to deal with return/exchange, it took multiple tries before reaching any kind of resolution. Even though I was not happy with the outcome, a portion of my purchase was to be refunded and after almost 2 months, I am still waiting for it to come through. Absolutely the worst customer service/experience I have ever had. Would definitely take a pass on shopping here!
Ordering, and wait time was as expected. I measured myself before ordering these items, but they were all too tight. I would like to return these items, but haven't done so yet. Ordering clothes online can be very tricky, when exchanging or returning them requires the back and forth with shipping, etc.
First I had trouble placing the order…it didn't want my Discover card, then put my order on hold and processed a second with a different card. After 2 weeks I found out the items were out of stock. Once they finally came in, they were not what I expected and are much too small. And now I have to pay for shipping again to return.

I had read some negative reviews, but my experience was only positive. Site was easy to use. Ordering was easy, and received my order of 4 items in about 2 weeks time. Website listed a phone number for customer service if I needed it.
Everything, from ordering, delivery time, 3 out of four items were exactly as described. The 4th one was, I thought perfect too, but on the seam in the back of shirt there is a hole in it, can't be repaired without it looking crap.
Shorts cute. Too small. Can't figure out how to get a return request as I understand you have to request a return before you can re-send the item back. I ordered my regular size and I looked at their chart and it should've fit me but they don't. If anybody else orders these size up one or two sizes
