The fabric of the shirt is so thin you can see right through it. It's also small for a medium. I'm sorry I bought it. The pants are comfortable, but don't have a back pocket. However, I'll be able to wear them.
My overall shopping experience was quick and easy. I did not have to contact customer service or return anything so I can not speak about those experiences. I would probably order from them again in the future. Their prices are consistent with the quality of the merchandise.

Although I was a bit skeptical, and waited about 5 weeks for delivery, everything came in one package, with each item individually packaged inside. No receipt was shipped with items, so print out or track your receipt.
Ordered 3 dresses on July 24,2023. Arrived quickly, tags said XL but they fit more like a Medium. Had to return them, contacted the company, followed the directions to get my money back. Received confirmation on Aug 30 that I would receive my refund in 3-15 days. Never got the refund. Have sent them another request today Oct 23 that I am still waiting for my refund of $125.97. I should have looked for all the negative ratings about Azzlee.
The clothes were of great quality. However, they didn't fit do I sent a message just as directed in the request for approval to return. I have not heard anything in regards to returning the items. That's what I'm only giving 3 stars at this point.
I was attracted by the great unique design of the clothing. Pricing is low which may reflect my product quality issues. The sizing carts were gritty accurate, although the fit is a bit tight. Larger sizes would have been too large. The fabric quality was poor, which will make me think twice before ordering from this company again.
Was happy with the variety of dresses, but I hate how cheap they are when they arrive! I should have known better. It's this cheap silky material and looks nothing like the picture! I'm sending it back!

I read the return policy carefully before ordering just in case sizes were not accurate. All items were too small. I made 2 separate requests to return what I ordered and never received approval or even a response. Unfortunately they only allow returns within 30 days and my time is now running out. I will not be ordering from them again! I am out $100
I received my parcels. One doesn't fit properly. The other was lovely but just didn't suit my body type.
I wish to return items (both bags) for refund. Both items are exactly as delivered.back in numbered bags. Please advise me on next steps.

Terrible customer service. I don't think I will ever see my money refunded, even after mailing the items back and numerous attempts to provide them with a tracking number that was easily visible on the photos and scans of the UPS receipt. Items are poorly made.
Ordering and paying went well. Just hard to make up my mind. I received order relatively quickly which was better than most. I am returning 1 item because it looks cheap, so I am hoping it goes smoothly. Otherwise, I have no complaints and will probably purchase from them again.
I ordered 5 items, which took over a month to get. 4 out of the 5 were made with some unusual material. But 1 didn't fit at all. I emailed them to return just the one item, and they had me send pictures of all the bags it came in, all tags on the clothes, then still refused to refund my money because they said there isn't anything wrong with the item. They finally sent me a return mail address, which is sketchy... some rundown building(s) in Rosedale NY. I have yet to receive a refund and have American Express involved. So far, they are no help too!
Too slow for delivery, items have inconsistent sizing. I complained about your shipping company and wanted an investigation as to where it was - because I have had problems with them before - but this was ignored
Horrible. Still waiting for return instructions and have received no response from the company. I can't return anything until I get a response. Poor customer service as only way to reach them is by email
Poor quality and obviously made in China. I ordered a large (which I received) but there is no way I am going to try it on because it is very narrow and would probably have to the cut off of me. The photography is excellent in your advertisements but obviously misleading. In the picture it looks like embroidery of flowers. Actually the items are glued on. There is no tag with washing instructions or sizing. Would not order from you again.

Shopping was easy. Shipping took 2 weeks, as stated on the website. Everything came neatly packed in plastic zip bags. Was skeptical of the company/prices/quality because I thought the prices were low compared to similar vendors. I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend this company.
I was worried about the negative reviews of this company, but I had a positive experience. The customer service people responded promptly. A refund for an item that was no longer available was made to my credit card within 36 hours and the items arrived safely. They took longer than I thought they would but I gather air freight, customs, etc. were involved.

This company is a sham and I took their bait. The clothes are very low quality and it took much longer than advertised due to coming from China. I'm sorry that humans have to make a living by deceiving others.
You must attempt to contact customer service prior to returning through email to get approval… the issue is… after attempted two emails… no response has been made. I will happily edited this review if I can get a response… returns happen -after all- but as for now, I'm wondering if I'm being stuck with a purchase that doesn't fit. Disappointed.
Im so disappointed in my purchase. It's horrible. What I got compared to what I ordered was unbelievable! I am working on retuning the top! Now finding out I am responsible for payment of return is more frustrating. I would not recommend this site at all!
