Had to wait a while for my goods. One item was not in stock so the whole order was put on hold. Only found this out after I had contacted them. Customer service was good and replied quickly to my messages. The products I did receive I am very happy with.
I received my order a few weeks ago, wrote an email as instructed to get instructions regarding return of order. Both tops were I'll fitting. Too small. Smaller than my usual size. I still haven't gotten return instructions.
Material is substandard. Pictures do not accurately show what you get material wise, pictures look great but quality is so poor. Return policy is not well advertised and although it says easy, not easy at all. I finally got a reply at my request for refund after four tries and filing concern with PayPal.
The quality is terrible and customer service is terrible. No phone number and nobody answers my emails. I'm very upset that I ever ordered these shorts in the first place! What a waste of time and money. Looks like I'll have to keep them because nobody will answer me to tell me where to return them. :(
I was so excited to find this website. Apparently, it's just a pretty picture to get you interested in giving them your credit card information. Still waiting on my refund of three dresses - one of which I received and two of which I never received. So disappointing and I'll not do the same again.
Items do not fit and I have sent TEN requests for return/refund instructions as indicated on their website.
They will not give that information.
They will only offer partial discount if you keep the worthless items.
Totally dissatisfied. Colors did not match on two pieces. Very cheap material. Have not received my refund yet. I followed directions as to how to get refund on returns. Nothing! Never order from this compAny again
Despicable customer service. I repeatedly asked for the return address and continually received a runaround with everything & anything but the address. I purchased 3 items in good faith from this Company who obviously doesn't care that they've lost a customer.
They're asking for proof of purchase. Why? They've already asked for order number!

The dresses came as advertised and I like them both. As for priority shipping, maybe I missed the details of how long priority shipping is but I paid an extra $20 for something that didn't arrive in time for my daughter's bridal shower. So I would not have used priority shipping if I would've known that wasn't going to make a difference. I thought a week would be enough time for priority so maybe just clarify that on your website how long priority shipping actually is compared to regular shipping so people are aware of the differences in time frames.
Supposedly 1 item was out of stock. Waited 3 weeks received an email did you receive your order? Because 1 item was out of stock we decided for a replacement. There was a price difference and they would cancel my order. Requested a refund. We will see if that happens. Customer service does not have a clue what they are doing.
It was pretty easy but not all pics have front to back pics of Merchandise and I think this is important to see what you are buying since not buying in person also it would be nice if people who buy send pics with them wearing the items they buy for others to see better for sales
A month after placing the order I got an email about it. Replies that I've received nothing and never been given a notice the order shipped. I soon got notification of shipping, without all the products and no indication if those missing were on back order. Its's been a few days and the tracking link they sent still says the shipper hasn't received anything. Another week and I'll demand a full refund.
I like the look of the tops, and after reading reviews, I went up 2 sizes. However they were still small around the hips even though the bust area was too big.
Also, unlike other reviews that said shipping was fast, I had the opposite experience.
Lots of cute clothes- hope quality is as good as selection! That was my thought. Sadly overall I was very disappointed with my order. Generally I thought sizes ran smaller than size chart. Some items were not as described. Delivery took a long time.

All clothes were of good quality, some of the sizes however were smaller than i expected, 1 size 12 pants fit while another was very tight? Delivery was as promised, yet to see about the return of items and see how easy this is.
Returns are very time consuming and require too many emails to set it up. It would be nice to have a return label with the order… a one step process. I had to email a picture of my entire order to them (an order # did not suffice), go to the post office which was very inconvenient, get a tracking number, email the tracking number, wait for them to receive the package and tracking number…all before they would send me a refund.
Shipping was so expensive and the mail tracking did not give me any transparency to know when the items would arrive. I needed them for a special event so it was very inconvenient to be left waiting wondering if they would arrive on time.
You have a really nice choice of clothes to choose from. They would have been better if they had been maybe a size larger but I am hoping to shed some weight, I'm certainly working on it. The delivery was very prompt, thank you!

The return experience was terrible. I was given some bogus return address along with a number that you could not reach anyone at. It was all incorrect. Now, I am not able to get my item returned and receive a refund because it would cost more than what I spent. I also did not even receive an email back about the situation.
