Site states easy returns. No free returns and returns have stipulations on this and that which would warrant no refunds beyond the normal expectations of returning in same condition as you bought it. By the time you apt for shipping costs you've tripled the price of the crappy garment. Cut your losses and don't buy
The two pairs of pants I ordered were cute, but neither had any stretch in the material, only at the waist. The waist and hips were too small, but I was afraid a bigger size would be too loose, plus I'm not crazy about the material anyway. I'm sad to have to send them back as I was hopeful they would work for vacations this summer.
Package took over two weeks to arrive. Wrote to emails to customer service. No response. Package finally arrived by USPS. Package came from China! First inspection of dress, the polyester overlay is teal and not the same light blue as the dress. The dress itself was pretty. The dress was marked large but was probably a JUNIOR Large. I am unable to contact anyone to get this returned. I will NEVER order from them again! Lessened learned!

The dress I ordered was damaged. I followed the return/refund instructions and the email bounced back saying it is an invalid email address. I tried calling the Customer Service number and it just rings and then disconnects. I am VERY angry that I can't reach anyone to get a replacement dress that I need for an event in one week!
The order arrived before I expected it. I would send the trousers back immediately but I have not yet found the regulation for how to proceed. However I am very satisfied with the suit and the shirt even if the impression presented on the photos is absolutely different. Unique the dress met my expectations. I would appreciate a more accurate and precise description of the fabric when ordering.

I was not overly pleased with the items I received. I used the size chart on the website, which apparently is not truly accurate, at least in the USA. I ordered shirts in a size larger than I normally would, yet they still just barely fit - some tight, so unless I lose weight, they're not very comfortable to wear. And they are very light & thin - not much substance to the fabric, etc. There was only 1 out of 5 tops that I'm actually happy with. I'm sorry, but I will not be ordering from Azzlee again.
Order a size up on 4 items, to be safe. Only one item fit. Am still waiting for response about returning items and getting a refund. The address on the original packaging, is "only for returns" no other instructions included with items. Will not order from here again.
The time in which I received my purchase was a least 3 weeks later.
I want to order more summer pants however I may received them by September. Your shipping policy needs to be changed. I emailed your company at least 5 times and I was surprised that I got an email back with a message.

I was really excited about your ad on Facebook. Clothing looked great and prices were fantastic.
When my order arrived three weeks later I was extremely disappointed and will be returning all! Although the clothes were true to size the material was extremely thin. All items were like poorly made doll clothes. One of the blouses that arrived had a slit in the sleeve. I am requesting return and refund for all items. Never again will I order from this company.
I really love the style and quality of most of the pieces but even after ordering one size larger than I wear here in the US, every item, except the cotton pants, was too small, especially in the bust area. I was so disappointed after waiting almost a month for my order to arrive. Hoping the return process is easy.

I've had the best customer service. Until we could solve the problem, they kept in touch every day. Once the problem was solved, they sent me a note to contact them, within 24 - 48 hours to let them know if I got my parcel or not. Sure enough, I received my parcel the next day.

Despite using their size guide, all items were too small. This company is deceptive in their returns policy. You find out that, despite the clothes being sent from within Australia, they have to be returned to the USA. The only alternative offered is to keep the goods and get a small portion of your payment back, even though you can't wear the clothes. I recommend you avoid this company at all costs.
This would have to be my worst experience ordering clothes online. The order took at least 2 months to finally arrive and the sizes were wrong...AGAIN. Even the replacement tops were different in their sizing, when they were both supposedly XL. So yet again, I am unable to wear some of the replacement clothes. Also, I will have to personally re-sew the sleeves so that I can wear the dresses. I will never buy from this company again. They really need to have a more specific clothing chart so that you can make informed decisions. And the token dress/ribbons after such a fiasco was insulting.
It would have helped with more details regarding waist and hip measurements and more comments about sizing from people who have purchased the items. Thanks
I emailed company with my likes of choices and styles. Also 3 out of 4 tops did not fit comfortably through the bust area. Still waiting reply to return address request. The 4 th top fits great and looks great...

Company is based in California but made in China! No label. Cheap unwashed 100% cotton, run small and will shrink when washed unless washed in cold water and hung up to dry which defeats the purpose of 100% cotton! Pictures look soft, linen like fabric but actually are rough and stiff.
I researched company and saw it was California based, however, items shipped from China. Great tracking of item and although it was a longer wait time items arrived before promised date. All items were as pictured, but very thin, was expecting more substance. Will keep 3 of the 4 items purchased.
Very happy with all ordered items. However difficult order: Website slow, did not accept promo code, had to reorder items to be able to pay. I like the products. Will reorder if good quality clothing received.
Very, very disappointed with the entire fiasco with this company! Order was received with no issues. Ordered 5 items. I kept 3 items. Remaining 2 items did not fit so I returned expecting to be reimbursed. First getting the correct information to return items to meet the companies strict guidelines (30 days) took a week! The whole process of returning was a fiasco. Was NOT reimbursed the full amount of $48.96. $15.00 was credited to my credit card! A dispute has been issued and I have not one good word for this company.
Had to wait a while for my goods. One item was not in stock so the whole order was put on hold. Only found this out after I had contacted them. Customer service was good and replied quickly to my messages. The products I did receive I am very happy with.
