Over a month before receiving partial order, one item missing. No packing slip or any info about missing item. Tried to look up tracking and no info. Items I did receive are fine, not great.
Won't order from this company again.
I am still waiting for my order that went in several weeks ago. I am still worried I lost about $100 ordering from them. If they arrive and if they are everything I was expecting (fit according to size chart as advertised, good material, etc.) I will happily write and upgrade my review, but so far, not impressed.
Sizes ordered from small to large, no confidence in size chart, hope they are correct. Fabric often not stated. Hope for cotton or linen. Need a narrative on why sizes so variable. After contacting customer service, bust size correct, but all are tight in shoulder.

Customer service contacted me to let me know an item was out of stock. They gave me a choice to pick something else or get a refund for that particular item. I chose the refund, and the money was promptly put back onto my credit card. I will definitely order from them again.
The shopping and delivery were fine. However quality of the product was not very good and that is the chance one takes when using a new vendor. Unfortunately I find this to be true of many if the vendors on FB.
Hands down the absolute worst clothing I have ever purchased. Bought quite a few things and they turned up looking nothing like the pictures, about 6 sizes too small and the fabric was absolutely horrible. They refuse to send me a shipping label and even after stating they are located in Australia they are actually located in the USA. They are saying I need to pay for return shipping but I can tell you that is NOT going to happen. Please do not buy from this company, it is cheap Chinese rubbish.
Fit okay. Items look okay but I have read on other reviews that they shrink. I did measure my self and was pleased over all of the appearance for the money spent. If they shrink it will be a different story.
I had an issue with one or more items being out of stock but the communication with the customer services team was efficient and pleasant. My problem was resolved almost immediately and my order turned within a week afterwards. Extremely happy with both the service and products. I will definitely be using this site again
It is easy to shop through the choices. I wish there were better photos, some of the choices have more than one photo but most do not. When scrolling through the pics, it's just the same pic multiple times. Bigger problem is the size not being consistent with normal sizing for clothing in the U.S.
Your return policy is not very clear. I still do not know how to return what I ordered. It doesn't give any return information on the last thing I received from you. I don't know where to send the return nor do I have a return slip of some kind.

This company is a scammer, don't buy from them. When you ask to return for refund they offer credit instead to buy more garbage- no good. Very disappointed because the style in the photos are just what I'm looking to buy.
Easy ordering, everything fit true to size. However, it was two weeks before I received a shipping notification and three weeks before the clothes arrived, so if you need anything to arrive quickly, this may not be the source for you.
The product feels and looks great but the fit is just not right. 3 out of the 4 things o ordered don't fit correctly. I suggest ordering two sizes up in the shirts ( no stretch) but only if you have a little more on top and also in the shorts. The rise was too short
I think the materials used are flimsy. They must have a great photographer to make them look so good. Plus the only way I knew they had received my order was when a charge popped up my computer that the money was charged. After two months not receiving items, I was going to dispute with my credit card, but they finally arrived. I would return them but I know it would be a hassle.
I made an inquiry about not receiving an order within the expected timeframe. I received an immediate response from customer service. I then received another immediate response to another question I asked. Asynchronous, responsive replies with follow-ups are not the norm in online retail. Azzlee was a pleasant and welcome exception.
Not all the clothing I ordered was delivered, when I emailed to ask why the response back was the item was out of stock.
That's ok, I asked if I could purchase something else for the same price as they had already deducted the amount from my credit card, finally got a reply back with it will cost another $12.00. I questioned why but have not had a reply back.
Disappointed as I have purchased their clothing before and been very happy with the quality just not the customer service.
I ordered - and paid for - 4 pairs of hand-knitted gloves. The quality is very bad and threads are already loose. Also, I only received 2 pairs. After my enquiry I was told they are not available anymore. The answer was written in bad English, but I will try to respond - do not expect much though. I should have read the reviews before purchase!
I would love to rate your products but I have never received my order. The tracking company you use is awful. It doesn't update.
I don't think I will order from your company again. The clothes I ordered were for a trip but they didn't arrive in time. Ordered over a month before the trip!
Email responses from customer service were several days.
Just overall very disappointed and will try for a refund but given the response time for questions, I can't see this happening fast if at all.
Took way too long to be delivered. I was not informed that one item was not available until I checked on the shipment which delayed delivery even more. These were for a friend who had knee surgery and now may not need them. I think I will need to return.
Return policy is awful. Customers should be told you can hold them hostage as you don't put packing info in the purchase package, then you have to find all sorts for hidden customer service rules and then tracking info or you won't get your money back. I am sure I will never order anything else and even now after all of the steps I have taken I am not sure I will see the refund.
