Bought these clothes for my mother's birthday. After a delivery delay, they did arrive in time and she is mostly very pleased with them. Thank you for the good customer service and good quality clothing and styles.

Clothes run very small! I ordered a Size up from what I normally wear & they are still too small. Customer service will not respond regarding a return despite my numerous attempts to contact them. Very disappointed!

Unfortunately no notification that parcel had been delivered. The plastic parcel which had a tear was left on top of driveway pillar & luckily neighbour retrieved it before was rained on so would look into delivery company.

The clothes was very poor quality, sizing was extra large on some items and extremely small on others. Tried to return most of my order and no contact back from the customer service department after repeated attempts.

It is always a risk to buy on line for someone like me who always feels the material of an item.

I would describe the material content ( cotton, linen, polyester), so one can make an informed opinion

Dress did not fit me properly. Return process is way to involved. I will not order again from Azzlee, not because of the product but because navigating your site is very involved. Never have had to send a tracking number for anything,

This top is very sweet and I loved it in the picture. The blouse is not very good quality. It's very thin cotton and I can't think of how it's going to wash up. I also ordered an extra large and it was way too small so I had to exchange it which took four or five weeks the whole transaction took about two months or so, I also got a pair of pants in this order that were just fine. They looked great after machine washing I would order from them again, but it does take a long time to get your order.

I choose a dress and 2 shirts in the sizes I often wear at many other stores. Both were beautiful and exactly like pictures but several sizes smaller than I expected. I'm a plus size person and I can't get away with tight fitting clothes. They arrived as pictured and in a timely manner so I was thankful for that. If you order plus sizes I think ordering at least 2-3 sizes up would help you.

Ordered hoping for nice comfortable clothes for beach trip. So disappointed when received! Sizes were not accurate and materials were scratchy and cheap feeling. If you are going to sell to the American woman, you need to use American sizing. One particular outfit was a green pair of pants and a printed top, and the two greens were totally different and did not go together.

After waiting 2 weeks I contacted the company enquiring about my order I was then told it was out of stock I had to contact them they were not even polite enough to let me know.I was finally offered a refund which I am still waiting obviously they like holding onto my money.Would have liked the top.but that did not happen.

Love the styles but hated the fabric. Everything I ordered was thin and didn't maintain its size once I had them dry cleaned. I ultimately had to give away most of what I purchased because your return policy states we can't clean the items then return them. I suppose that's because you know once you clean them they won't fit any longer. I just think that's bad business practices. I won't be ordering anything from this company again.

Regretfully I had to return my purchases however I was greatly surprised with the graciousness of the customer service help I received from them.The response time was quick and efficient,very polite.

Colors in sweater were not the same as photo online. Upon return which I still have not received my money credited back yet is a long process. Quick to take money, slow to return and product was not good color match.

Not satisfied with this company it is very hard to return. Only have 30 days and I have been emailing back and forth for a week already and still nothing. They want to give me 25 percent back and keep the stuff that doesn't fit!

It's good! I love shopping online. However, with clothes you can't depend on the feel of the fabric or how it fits. Which is why I need to return a few items so I will know more about my experience when I finish my return.

It was easy to order. Seemed to take a longer time to arrive than expected. Some colors are not true to pictures presented. Read materials and care instructions carefully. Nothing beats trying a garment on to make sure of the fit.

Got clothes quickly - they did not fit - unable to return them due to their policy that says they must send you instructions - emailed 4 times - no response on how to return these items. I think I will need to contact my credit card company…
